9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Technical Users Boot Camp: A Peek Under the Hood with the Commerce Cloud Tech Team
If you are new to Commerce Cloud and responsible for development or operational aspects of Commerce Cloud sites, then this crash course is for you. Join subject matter experts from our technical teams who will share tips, insights, and best practices they have learned through years of supporting customers on Commerce Cloud. Topics discussed will include the design of the Commerce Cloud platform, how we scale, preparing for successful sales events, measuring and tuning performance, solving issues, and integrating LINK cartridges on your site. This foundational knowledge will assist you in maximizing the abilities of the Commerce Cloud platform to meet your business needs. At the conclusion of the training session we will have a roundtable Q&A session with experts from the Commerce Cloud technical team. Bring any questions on the platform or your site that you would like answers to. The cost to attend the boot camp is $499. Please note this session is only open to Commerce Cloud retail clients and official Commerce Cloud LINK partners attending Salesforce XChange.

These interactive sessions will be full of subject matter experts and will offer participants a unique opportunity to fill the agenda with the topics you want to discuss on-site during the event. Network with your peers, share best practices, hear about “lessons learned” from the community, and participate in thought-provoking discussions on the technical and business issues that matter to you most. Attend these open discussion workshops and let your voice be heard. There is no additional cost to attend either session, but space is limited.
