Event Information

  • What is Salesforce XChange?
    Salesforce XChange is an invitation-only annual event hosted by Salesforce for its clients, partners, and employees. It brings together the extended Salesforce retail community for an exchange of information, technical innovation, and experiences that can be leveraged by all. The conference features keynote presentations from leading retail executives, industry luminaries, and Salesforce executives. It also includes breakout sessions tailored for technical, ecommerce, store operations, merchandising, and marketing professionals, as well as executive management. This year, we’re expecting more than 1,200 registrants at the event.
  • Can anyone attend?
    The event is open to the Salesforce community, including clients, partners, employees, and invited guests. All Commerce Cloud partners are encouraged to sponsor the event.
  • How can I sponsor?
    If you’re an official Commerce Cloud partner and are not already a sponsor but would like to become one, please contact CommerceCloudPartners@salesforce.com.
  • What are the event dates?
    This year’s event kicks off with a Welcome Reception on Monday, 12 June at 19:00 and ends on Wednesday, 14 June in the late afternoon.
  • Is there a dress code?
    Attire for Salesforce XChange is business casual. Also, a light jacket or sweater is recommended, as room temperatures can vary significantly during the day.

Register

  • How do I register?
    Please go to the register page on this website. You will be prompted to select your participant type to access the registration pages. Once you have submitted your online registration you will receive an email confirming that your registration has been received. Formal confirmation letters detailing other registration information will be emailed to you prior to the conference.
  • What is the cost to attend?
    Retailer pricing:
    • €899 + VAT early bird rate (ends 01/05/17 at 23:59 GMT)
    • €1099 + VAT standard rate (ends 05/06/17 at 23:59 GMT)
    • €1299 + VAT last minute rate (up until on-site)
    Partner pricing:
    • €1499 + VAT
  • Are there volume discounts?
    Retailers with three or more attendees will receive a €100 discount off the current price of registration per person. Group rate registrations may be purchased here. Please note, there will be NO REFUNDS for any group rate registrations purchased.
  • Can I bring a guest?
    Companion passes to evening events during Salesforce XChange are available for retailers only at an additional fee of €400 + VAT per companion pass. One companion per retailer is permitted. Companion passes are valid for attendance to the Welcome Reception on Monday, 12 June as well as the XChange Party on Tuesday, 13 June. Companion passes do not include attendance to any sessions, keynote presentations, or exhibits. Companions must be at least 21 years of age to attend. To purchase a companion pass, please make this selection on your retailer registration form.
  • What if I have to cancel?
    If you need to cancel for any reason, you must notify us in writing.
    • Full refund: cancellation notices received by 23:59 on Friday, 5 May
    • 50 percent refund: cancellation notices received by 23:59 on Friday, 2 June
    • No refunds will be given after 00:01 on Saturday, 3 June

    Refunds will not be issued for attendees that do not cancel their pass and do not attend the event.

    You may also transfer your registration to another person within the same company by contacting us with the new attendee’s name and contact information by Saturday, 10 June, at 23:59. All substitutions are subject to review and approval. Substitutions requested after this date are subject to a €100 transaction fee.

Venue & Travel Information

  • How do I book my hotel?

    If you require a hotel room at Copenhagen Island or Tivoli Hotel, please make your hotel reservation during registration in order to receive the discounted conference rate of DKK 1795.00 per room, per night. The cutoff date to receive the group rate is May 19, 2017. After this date, rooms are subject to availability and hotels prevailing rates. All room reservations can be made online at the end of the registration process or by logging back into your account. A valid credit card is required in order to complete the reservation.

    The hotel will charge an additional DKK 200 per occupant, per night, above 1 occupant per room.

    Credit card payment fee:

    Upon checkout, the hotels will charge the following credit card payment fees:
    Card issued in Denmark: Dankort: 0%, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners and American Express: 0,75%.
    Card issued outside Denmark: Visa, MasterCard and JCB: 1,25%, American Express: 2,0%, Diners: 2,75%.

    Cancellation policy:
    To cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, please cancel your hotel at least 7 days prior to your schedule arrival date. If you cancel your hotel reservation within 7 days of your arrival date, your reservation will be non-refundable. To cancel your hotel reservation, please log back into your account and cancel your reservation.

  • How long does it take to get to/from Copenhagen Airport to Tivoli Congress Center?
    Tivoli Congress Center is approximately 12.0 km from the Copenhagen Airport. It should only take about 15 minutes to get there from Copenhagen Airport, but to be on the safe side, give yourself 20 to 25 minutes. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own airport transfers to Tivoli Congress Center. Taxis are available at Copenhagen Airport.
  • What if I want to drive there?

  • Airport Transportation
    Attendees are responsible for arranging their own airport transfers to Tivoli Congress Center. Taxis are available at Copenhagen Airport.
  • Driving Directions from Copenhagen Airport (estimated 15 minutes)
    1. Continue to E20 2. Head north on Kastrup Tværvej B toward Ellehammersvej
    3. Turn left onto Ellehammersvej
    4. Keep right, follow signs for København/Dragør/E20
    5. Continue on E20 to København S, København. Take exit 20-København C from E20
    6. Merge onto E20
    7. Take exit 20-København C toward O2
    8. Continue on Sjællandsbroen to København SV
