Jeffrey Barnett

Jeff was named the CEO of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud in July of 2016 following the acquisition of Demandware by Salesforce. Jeff had served as Executive Vice President and COO of Demandware since January 2013 and as member of the Demandware Board of Directors since July 2014. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Field Operations from November 2005 until December 2012. Before joining Demandware, Jeff served as Vice President of Sales for EMEA at Siebel Systems, Inc., a CRM software company, from December 2004 until September 2005. Prior to joining Siebel, Jeff served as Managing Director, International Operations at eDOCs, Inc., a billing, payment, and account management software company, from May 2002 until December 2004, and as Vice President, International Sales and Marketing at eDOCs from November 1999 until May 2002. Jeff currently serves on the board of directors of several private companies. He holds a B.S. in computer information systems from Colorado State University and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Nancy Darish

Nancy Darish is Director, Product Marketing at Salesforce Commerce Cloud and leads a team responsible for the digital, store, and order management products as well as Einstein features. Prior to Salesforce, Nancy spent 10+ years building marketing and product marketing teams in the email marketing industry for both enterprise and small business solution providers. Nancy holds a B.S. in business and communications from Boston University. An avid supporter of the non-profit arts community, she has served on the board of Passim, an historic non-profit music venue and school for more than 8 years.

Rob Garf

Rob Garf is VP of Industry Strategy and Insights and the Chair of the Client Advisory Board at Salesforce Commerce Cloud. With 25 years of global retail experience as a practitioner (Lids, Marshalls, Hit or Miss), an industry analyst (AMR Research), a strategy consultant (IBM), and a software leader (Demandware/Salesforce), he is no stranger to the industry and the challenges retailers face. He currently guides product strategy, develops industry research, and advises senior executives globally on unified commerce strategies. Rob is also a frequent industry speaker and a member of NRF’s Digital Council.

Rohit Goyal

Rohit Goyal
Senior Vice President of Product, Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Rohit is Senior Vice President of Product for the Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Demandware. Before Demandware, Rohit co-founded neoSaej Corp. which developed patented technology for the personal finance and e-commerce verticals. Rohit has also held engineering leadership roles building mission critical systems in the telecom and networking industry. He is the co-inventor on six patents and he holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Denison University, a Ph.D. in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Tom Griffin

Tom is Chief Operating Officer of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, where is responsible for leading strategy and coordination of all field activities for the Commerce Cloud. Tom joined Demandware in 2006 and served most recently as Demandware’s SVP of Corporate Development. A 15+ year veteran of the Retail and Commerce industries, Tom’s previously roles include Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Sterling Commerce (now IBM) and Vice President of Business Development for Yantra. Tom holds a B.A. in History from Washington University in St. Louis, and an M.B.A. from Boston University.​

Mary Halladay

Mary Halladay, Director, Global eCommerce and Omnichannel, joined the New Balance team in 2015. She is responsible for the strategy and delivery of the online and cross channel consumer experience for the brand.

Prior to joining New Balance, Mary was Senior Director of the North American Retail Practice team at Demandware. She has more than 25 years of eCommerce and retail experience with the global consumer -- with brands such as adidas, Lucy.com and Title 9 Sports. Mary holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a BA in History from Tufts University in Medford, MA.

Oliver Hoeck

Oliver Hoeck is one of the early internet and ecommerce professionals. He started his career in the mid 90th by founding one of the first internet consulting companies in Germany. As entrepreneur he founded the first ecommerce pureplay for consumer electronics in Germany and several other internet startups. Oliver is an experienced expert for the management of large digital enterprise and rollout projects and has managed various multi million initiatives successfully. Today he is responsible for the international rollout of the Birkenstock Online shop.

Kathie Johnson

Kathie is Vice President of Marketing at Salesforce Commerce Cloud, the World’s #1 Enterprise Cloud Commerce Platform. Immediately prior to Commerce Cloud, she held various executive positions at Dassault Systèmes, a global 3D software company. Kathie received her MBA in International Business and Marketing from Babson College and her BA in English from the University of Michigan. Kathie’s work has been recognized through both domestic and international awards, including the European Excellence Award, Communicator Award and Telly Award. She is on the Board of Habitat for Humanity Greater Lowell, a nonprofit organization that works to strengthen families and communities through affordable homeownership opportunities and she is co-chair of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Counsel Sales & Marketing Cluster, the region’s leading technology association. Miguel Milano Aspe

Mr. Milano joined Salesforce in August 2011 after a successful career at Oracle Corporation. As President of Salesforce EMEA, Mr. Milano’s main goal is to ensure that European companies advance in their journey to become customer companies, accelerating Salesforce business growth and preserving Salesforce strong focus on customer delight and on developing the brightest and most visionaries employees in the market. Over the past five years, under Mr. Milano’s leadership, Salesforce EMEA has enjoyed phenomenal growth (above 30% CAGR) in both revenues and people.

At Oracle EMEA Mr. Milano was a member of the executive management team and held the positions of Senior Vice-President Oracle Direct, Head of EMEA Sales for EXA-Solutions and Chairman of Communications and Media Board, Oracle.

Prior to Oracle, Mr. Milano held several executive positions in American multinationals, including: Senior Engagement Manager at Mckinsey & Co., VP sales i2 Technologies South Europe, and COO Telefonica B2B Business Unit.

Mr. Milano holds a BS and MSE in Electrical Engineering from the Catalonia Polytechnic University, and an MBA from Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Mr. Milano is married and has 3 daughters.

Dwight Moore

Dwight Moore has spent the past two decades working for and with retailers and branded manufacturers to deliver marketing, sales and service transformation through game-changing technology innovations. As the senior director for salesforce retail industry go-to-market strategy, Dwight influences the solution roadmap, industry marketing, and partnerships in the retail ecosystem within Salesforce.

Previously, Dwight held marketing and product leadership roles in consumer mobile application and business intelligence start-ups as well as at Siebel Systems where he led the consumer goods vertical segment. Dwight started his career with the Quaker Oats Company. Dwight earned an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Kathryn Murphy

Kathryn has twenty years of retail technology and solutions experience with numerous retail chains, which she brings to bear on new, intuitive, intelligent approaches to traditional retail.​

Paul Olson

Paul is Vice-President, Solution Engineering of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, formerly Demandware. Paul joined Demandware in 2007 as part of the Solution Engineering team. He has worked in the e-commerce industry since 1999, when he joined Blue Martini and managed the first public site launch for this emerging commerce platform. Previously, Paul held various client services roles for large consulting companies implementing ERP solutions. Paul holds a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Management Information Systems and Accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Rama Ramakrishnan

Senior Vice President of Data Science, Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Rama was named the Senior VP of Data Science for the Salesforce Commerce Cloud in July of 2016 following the acquisition of Demandware by Salesforce. Rama had served as Demandware's Chief Data Scientist since the acquisition of CQuotient, a next generation cloud-based personalization provider,​ in October 2014. Rama had founded CQuotient in July 2010 and had served as its Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to CQuotient, Rama taught data science in the MBA program at MIT Sloan School of Management. Before MIT Sloan, Rama served as Chief Scientist and Vice President of Product Development for Analytics Products in the Retail Global Business Unit of Oracle Corporation. Prior to joining Oracle, he was Chief Scientist and Vice President of Research and Development at price optimization software firm ProfitLogic from 2003 until it was acquired by Oracle Corporation in 2005. Earlier in his career, Rama was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Rama holds a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras as well as an M.S. and a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

David Williams

David is an experienced ecommerce professional with over 17 years' experience and has run global and regional ecommerce and digital for some very well known companies including Bertelsmann Direct, Charles Tyrwhitt and B&W (Bowers & Wilkins) and grown businesses internationally in every region. He has been at Deckers for seven years and is currently the Senior Director, Digital, EMEA and Japan for Deckers Brands, overseeing the Ecommerce and digital business of their European brand portfolio including UGG. He’s a regular speaker at events including those of IMRG and Internet Retailing.
