Australia Post and its agency, iProspect, use Salesforce to advertise a new dual-currency prepaid debit card for travelling in China. Australia Post provides postal services across Australia as well as packages, logistics, and related financial services. As a global agency, iProspect, has 80 offices worldwide, including Melbourne and Sydney.

The goal of this campaign was to reach two specific audiences that were active on Instagram and likely to travel to China, and then test the effectiveness of Salesforce’s Instagram Ads Management compared to Facebook’s native tools and promoting the video with ads on YouTube.

Highlights include:

  • Delivered video views at just $0.03 AUD per view and an 11% video view rate
  • Overall Instagram cost per 1,000 impression (CPM) dropped by 7% compared to Facebook Power Editor
  • Overall CTR improved from 2% to 4% compared to Facebook Power Editor
