2017 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management
See how Salesforce is challenging the field service market with growth and product innovation.
This year Gartner recognized Salesforce as as a Challenger in the Magic Quadrant. We believe it’s due to Field Service Lightning, built on the Salesforce Platform.
Field Service Lightning includes our innovative use of Einstein Analytics to actually enable mobile workers to determine part numbers by recognizing a picture from a technician.
But that’s just the beginning. This is one of the most exciting early entries into the field service management market, and we’re looking forward to keeping up the momentum for all our customers.
