London South Bank University (LSBU) is globally renowned for its efforts to reduce student inequality. Many LSBU undergraduates come from low-income families, live with disabilities, or grew up in the foster care system.
However, for years, a technology problem hindered the school’s strategy: outdated and disjointed software systems kept faculty from effectively understanding and supporting students.
