Tr\u00e8s rapidement, sous l\u2019impulsion de la crise sanitaire, nous sommes pass\u00e9s au \u00ab tout digital \u00bb : l\u2019application de visioconf\u00e9rence Zoom s\u2019est impos\u00e9e comme la nouvelle salle de r\u00e9union, les conf\u00e9rences virtuelles ont remplac\u00e9 les \u00e9v\u00e9nements physiques et, les projets de transformation digitale des entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9s. Et bien s\u00fbr, quelles sont nos actions pour rester pertinents ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre analyse des comportements d\u2019achat de 1.8 milliard de consommateurs \u00e0 travers le monde fait appara\u00eetre trois tendances et confirment qu\u2019il y a bien un avant et un apr\u00e8s Covid-19, en mati\u00e8re d\u2019habitude d\u2019achat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tendance-1-les-experiences-digitales-sont-une-evidence\"><b>Tendance #1: Les exp\u00e9riences digitales sont une \u00e9vidence<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience en ligne du client s\u2019articule d\u00e9sormais autour de trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments : l\u2019e-commerce, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et le click &amp; collect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>1\/ Le e-commerce<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019e-commerce a \u00e9t\u00e9 privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois par les clients soucieux de leur sant\u00e9 et par les entreprises, qui priv\u00e9es de canaux de distribution physique, se sont jet\u00e9es sur cette alternative. Le r\u00e9sultat : une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration massive du commerce en ligne. Notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/2020\/09\/shopping-index-Q2.html\" target=\"_blank\" adhocenable=\"false\" rel=\"noopener\">Shopping Index <\/a>rapporte au 3\u00e8me trimestre 2020, une augmentation de 55% du chiffre d\u2019affaires du e-commerce par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Un essor qui devrait se poursuivre, puisque la majorit\u00e9 des acheteurs \u2013 dont certains ont fait l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du shopping en ligne pour la premi\u00e8re fois durant cette crise \u2013 , affirment qu\u2019ils la r\u00e9it\u00e9reront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>2\/ Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux <\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De canal de promotion pour les marques, les r\u00e9seaux se sont impos\u00e9s comme canal de vente. Notre rapport fait \u00e9tat d\u2019une explosion des commandes sur ce canal : plus de 104 % ! Par ailleurs, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/resources\/research-reports\/state-of-the-connected-customer\/\" target=\"_blank\" adhocenable=\"false\" rel=\"noopener\">60% des millenials ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9 un achat sur un r\u00e9seau social<\/a>. Les consommateurs sont de plus en plus dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 finaliser leur commande \u00e0 partir de leur t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, directement sur les r\u00e9seaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>3\/ Le click and collect<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les consommateurs sont plus que jamais soucieux de leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9. S\u2019ils doivent se d\u00e9placer en magasin, ils privil\u00e9gient les enseignes qui proposent des options \u00ab sans contact \u00bb telles que le drive, le click and collect ou les moyens de paiement contactless. Une volont\u00e9 des clients qui se r\u00e9percute dans les chiffres : au second trimestre, les entreprises qui ont propos\u00e9 ces services ont vu leur chiffre d\u2019affaires augmenter 2,3 fois plus rapidement que les autres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tendance-2-les-entreprises-agiles-beneficient-d-un-avantage-competitif\"><b>Tendance #2 : Les entreprises agiles b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un avantage comp\u00e9titif <\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La crise du Covid nous a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point il \u00e9tait indispensable pour les entreprises de faire preuve d\u2019agilit\u00e9. Mais concr\u00e8tement, c\u2019est quoi \u00eatre agile pour une entreprise ? Il s\u2019agit de la propension \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux transformations de l\u2019environnement, de mani\u00e8re rapide, flexible et efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment on le devient ? Les entreprises doivent mettre au c\u0153ur de leur action une culture d\u2019agilit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela n\u00e9cessite d\u2019encourager les essais, les exp\u00e9rimentations rapides et de ne pas r\u00e9primander les \u00e9checs, qui font partie du processus pour apprendre et avancer. Les technologies de pointe repr\u00e9sentent le second ingr\u00e9dient : leur usage permet aux d\u00e9veloppeurs d\u2019impl\u00e9menter les changements, rapidement et facilement, et ainsi, de s\u2019adapter aux d\u00e9fis futurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tendance-3-la-personnalisation-plus-importante-que-jamais\"><b>Tendance #3: La personnalisation plus importante que jamais<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour bien comprendre cette tendance, examinons quelques donn\u00e9es relatives au troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2020. Pertinence et personnalisation vont de pair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>3\/ La s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et enfin, en mati\u00e8re de donn\u00e9es, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la confiance sont de mise. Soyez transparent sur la mani\u00e8re dont vous collectez les donn\u00e9es et leur usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les attentes des acheteurs en mati\u00e8re d\u2019exp\u00e9rience client digital n\u2019ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9es et il est d\u00e9sormais indispensable d\u2019offrir une exp\u00e9rience de consommation uniforme, depuis le premier point de contact jusqu\u2019au service apr\u00e8s-vente.
