Pour un usage pertinent de ces outils, il faut d\u00e9sormais pousser plus loin la relation commerciale pour cr\u00e9er une proximit\u00e9 et une intimit\u00e9 avec lui. Pour construire une relation durable et se d\u00e9marquer, l\u2019entreprise doit donc conna\u00eetre son client, ses go\u00fbts, ses attentes en mati\u00e8re de prestations.
