Les r\u00e9sultats ne se sont pas fait attendre&nbsp;: des commandes trait\u00e9es trois fois plus vite et un million d\u2019euros de chiffre d\u2019affaires en plus sur ce segment.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Groupe fran\u00e7ais de produits et services destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019enfant, IDKIDS rassemble 17 marques leaders dont Oka\u00efdi, Oba\u00efbi, Jacadi (pr\u00eat-\u00e0-porter) et Oxybul \u00e9veil et jeux (jeux et loisirs). Pour d\u00e9livrer un service toujours plus performant \u00e0 ses clients et renforcer son omnicanalit\u00e9, le Groupe multiplie les synergies entre ses marques : plateforme e-commerce BtoC multimarques, programme de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 unifi\u00e9, service de click &amp; collect inter-enseignes pour un \u00e9largissement du nombre de points de retrait\u2026 En 2022, une nouvelle \u00e9tape est franchie avec le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019une plateforme BtoB, destin\u00e9e aux magasins, revendeurs et\/ou franchis\u00e9s de Jacadi et Oxybul, ainsi qu\u2019aux commerciaux \u00ab grands comptes \u00bb (collectivit\u00e9s locales, cr\u00e8ches, entreprises, comit\u00e9s d\u2019entreprises\u2026) des deux marques. Lenteurs internes, erreurs, interface peu&nbsp;<em>user-friendly<\/em>\u2026 S\u2019approvisionner n\u2019\u00e9tait pas une sin\u00e9cure pour les revendeurs et franchis\u00e9s ! Vincent Delmarre, International Partners Director chez Jacadi, se souvient : \u00ab&nbsp;Dans le textile, nous avons deux collections par an \u00e0 l\u2019issue desquelles les franchis\u00e9s passent leurs commandes. Or cette d\u00e9marche, a priori simple, prenait deux \u00e0 trois mois pour \u00eatre finalis\u00e9e.&nbsp;\u00bb Trop long et d\u00e9finitivement trop&nbsp;<em>old school<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec des besoins et des enjeux business similaires pour leur activit\u00e9 BtoB, l\u2019id\u00e9e de construire un&nbsp;<em>core model<\/em>&nbsp;avait du sens pour le Groupe, \u00e0 la fois d\u2019un point de vue op\u00e9rationnel (un seul outil pour les filiales) et financier (rationalisation des co\u00fbts de d\u00e9veloppement, de maintenance, d\u2019\u00e9volutions\u2026). Salesforce a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 la demande en d\u00e9veloppant une solution unique, mais tr\u00e8s agile dans son param\u00e9trage, pour offrir une exp\u00e9rience personnalis\u00e9e \u00e0 chacune des marques. Si elles tournent avec le m\u00eame moteur, les plateformes Jacadi et Oxybul b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une interface personnalis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-salesforce-comme-epine-dorsale\"><strong>Salesforce comme \u00e9pine dorsale<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le&nbsp;<em>storefront<\/em>&nbsp;d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sur Salesforce B2B Commerce constitue l\u2019\u00e9pine dorsale du projet. Les clients professionnels peuvent y passer commande en toute autonomie, comme ils pourraient le faire sur un site e-commerce grand public. Pour aider les revendeurs Jacadi \u00e0 composer un stock suffisamment profond pour toute la saison, l\u2019interface simplifie les s\u00e9lections avec, notamment, des suggestions et pr\u00e9conisations pouss\u00e9es automatiquement. Par exemple, si Jacadi propose une tenue enfant compl\u00e8te \u00e0 mettre en vitrine, l\u2019ensemble des pi\u00e8ces de ce mod\u00e8le (des chaussettes au bonnet en passant par le pantalon et le pull) s\u2019affichent automatiquement sur l\u2019interface du franchis\u00e9. Pour le revendeur, cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 apporte un gain de temps et \u00e9limine le risque d\u2019oubli. Et pour Jacadi, cette capacit\u00e9 de mettre en avant ses mod\u00e8les phares pour chaque saison permet d\u2019atteindre une coh\u00e9rence de marque sur l\u2019ensemble du march\u00e9. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous avons gagn\u00e9 en pr\u00e9cision<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, souligne Vincent Delmarre.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-quote-article\" style=\"\"><div class=\"wp-block-quote-social-wrapper\"><figure class=\"wp-block-quote-article-quote\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong><em>L&rsquo;enjeu en BtoB n\u2019est pas de convaincre mais de convertir. Cette interface d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux commerciaux Jacadi et Oxybul connect\u00e9e \u00e0 la m\u00eame base e-commerce BtoB, permet de saisir en back-office des demandes de clients non connect\u00e9s au portail. Cet&nbsp;<em>order pad&nbsp;<\/em>est notamment destin\u00e9, chez Oxybul, \u00e0 recevoir les commandes ou \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des devis pour les comit\u00e9s d\u2019entreprises, les cr\u00e8ches\u2026 La navigation et la s\u00e9lection des produits est aussi simple que sur le storefront ce qui permet des traitements rapides pour des gains de productivit\u00e9, de simplicit\u00e9, de communication avec le client et, plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, de qualit\u00e9 de service.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-quote-article\" style=\"\"><div m\u00eame r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un million d\u2019euros de chiffre en plus que l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re sur le segment BtoB.<\/em>\u00a0<em>Et je constate que nous n\u2019avons jamais eu une
