Une bonne id\u00e9e et de l\u2019intelligence suffisent-elles pour faire changer d\u2019\u00e9chelle ? Comment passer de la start-up \u00e0 la scale-up tout en \u00e9vitant l\u2019implosion ? Voici nos pistes ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Pensez d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but \u00e0 votre scalabilit\u00e9, votre \u00ab portance \u00bb <\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une entreprise ambitieuse, c\u2019est un peu comme un avion : avant m\u00eame de faire d\u00e9coller ses ventes, elle doit avoir les moyens, d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, de voler en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
