Elle r\u00e9unissait Julien H\u00e9nault-Jamet, Head of CRM du groupe Europcar Mobility Group, Cl\u00e9ment Dubois, <em>Chief Marketing Officer<\/em> de Lepape, et Laurent Gaubert, <em>Chief Marketing Officer<\/em> et <em>Chief Product Officer<\/em> de Meilleurtaux.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-unification-de-la-donnee-cle-de-voute-de-tout-projet-de-transformation\">L\u2019unification de la donn\u00e9e, cl\u00e9 de vo\u00fbte de tout projet de transformation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9unir toutes ses donn\u00e9es clients dans des profils complets est un pr\u00e9alable indispensable \u00e0 une prise de d\u00e9cision \u00e9clair\u00e9e et coordonn\u00e9e, entre les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9quipes qui forgent l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client (marketing, e-commerce, service\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est un d\u00e9fi consid\u00e9rable, dans lequel s\u2019\u00e9lance Europcar Mobility Group, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de son plan de transformation initi\u00e9 en 2024, pour le 75<sup>e<\/sup> anniversaire du Groupe. L\u2019objectif\u2009? \u00ab\u2009Renforcer notre autonomie dans la gestion de la donn\u00e9e et gagner du temps sur nos processus internes et commerciaux\u2009\u00bb, r\u00e9sume Julien H\u00e9nault-Jamet, Head of CRM du groupe. Une mission accomplie \u00e0 l\u2019aide de Data Cloud et de Marketing Cloud Personalization. \u00ab\u2009Data Cloud mappe tr\u00e8s facilement diff\u00e9rentes donn\u00e9es, issues de diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes, dans un mod\u00e8le de donn\u00e9es unique. Nous allons parvenir \u00e0 \u00e9liminer beaucoup de doublons, tout en r\u00e9solvant de nombreux d\u00e9fis de conformit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ferveur est identique chez Lepape. L\u2019unification des donn\u00e9es a enrichi mutuellement les canaux marketing des deux enseignes phares du Groupe, Lepape et En Selle Marcel.
