L\u2019avantage est plus que jamais aux consommateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une bonne nouvelle \u00e9merge n\u00e9anmoins de ce tableau : les clients sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 payer plus cher un produit, pourvu que l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019achat en vaille le \u00ab co\u00fbt \u00bb. Les entreprises ont \u00e0 une opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019accro\u00eetre leurs revenus, \u00e0 condition de se d\u00e9passer<b>. Une exp\u00e9rience qui inspire confiance<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le manque de confiance du client envers la marque nuit \u00e9videmment \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience. Les clients savent que leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles sont utilis\u00e9es pour fa\u00e7onner l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client. Mais ils veulent \u00eatre certains qu\u2019elles soient et prot\u00e9g\u00e9es et utilis\u00e9es \u00e0 bon escient, pour leur b\u00e9n\u00e9fice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que les scandales sur les donn\u00e9es personnelles d\u00e9fraient la chronique depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, les clients sont de plus en plus s\u00e9lectifs avec les marques \u00e0 qui ils confient leurs data. 64 % estiment que les entreprises ne communiquent pas ouvertement sur leur utilisation des donn\u00e9es. 74 % affirment qu\u2019une communication ouverte est encore plus importante depuis la fin de la pand\u00e9mie. Agir avec transparence est la cl\u00e9 de la confiance des clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, la confiance s\u2019incarne par les valeurs d\u2019une entreprise. Petit \u00e0 petit, les actions soci\u00e9tales d\u2019une marque p\u00e8sent dans la d\u00e9cision d\u2019achat des consommateurs. D\u2019apr\u00e8s le \u00ab Focus sur le client connect\u00e9 \u00bb, en 2022, 66 % des clients ont arr\u00eat\u00e9 d\u2019acheter une marque dont les valeurs divergeaient des siennes, contre 62 % en 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-une-experience-de-bout-en-bout\"><b>2. Une exp\u00e9rience de bout en bout<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapport souligne que 85 % des clients attendent d\u2019une entreprise des interactions continues et homog\u00e8nes entre diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9quipes. Dans l\u2019esprit du consommateur, un agent du service client doit \u00eatre au courant de ses derni\u00e8res transactions e-commerce, et \u00e9changer en cons\u00e9quence avec lui, sans avoir \u00e0 lui la raison de son appel. 55 % des clients affirment qu\u2019une exp\u00e9rience d\u00e9cousue nuit \u00e0 leur confiance envers une marque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relier les points de contact est d\u2019autant plus difficile pour les marques qui se sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par un r\u00e9seau de points de vente physiques. Elle peut traduire des quantit\u00e9s de donn\u00e9es en id\u00e9es d\u2019actions, ou anticiper les besoins des clients gr\u00e2ce aux mod\u00e8les pr\u00e9dictifs \u00bb, explique Peter Schwartz, Senior Vice President Strategic Planning chez Salesforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Par exemple, un voyageur r\u00e9gulier dans un m\u00eame groupe h\u00f4telier peut \u00eatre accueilli dans sa chambre par sa chanson du moment et un e-mail lui sugg\u00e9rant le d\u00eener qu\u2019il a appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 lors de sa derni\u00e8re venue. La temp\u00e9rature et la luminosit\u00e9 de la chambre sont personnalis\u00e9es, tout comme les films sur la smart TV. Le mod\u00e8le de voiture qu\u2019il envisage d\u2019acheter est m\u00eame disponible \u00e0 la location \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tel ! Il ne s\u2019agit pas de segmentation d\u2019audiences, mais bien de personnalisation \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle d\u2019un individu, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019IA et aux donn\u00e9es. Sa patience envers les marques les moins avanc\u00e9es \u00e0 des limites. Aujourd\u2019hui, une exp\u00e9rience d\u2019achat r\u00e9ussie n\u2019est pas un luxe r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux plus grandes marques, c\u2019est un imp\u00e9ratif.
