Utilisateur chevronn\u00e9 de ses solutions depuis plus de 10 ans, ce trailblazer pragmatique juge l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de terrain cruciale pour conseiller au mieux ses clients.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fabien-presentez-nous-votre-entreprise-en-quelques-mots\">Fabien, pr\u00e9sentez-nous votre entreprise en quelques mots.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/texei.com\/\">Texe\u00ef<\/a> en 2017 avec deux associ\u00e9s. Nous sommes une entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les technologies Salesforce et nous accompagnons nos clients dans la mise en place de la plateforme et de ses outils. Je voulais d\u00e9velopper une entreprise centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019expertise, notamment technique et avec un esprit de communaut\u00e9 : aujourd\u2019hui nous sommes 70 personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je d\u00e9die une grande partie de mon temps \u00e0 la gestion de notre entreprise mais, fondamentalement, je reste un architecte Salesforce au service de nos clients. Je veux rester au contact de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et du terrain, chez nos clients, pour ancrer mes connaissances dans des exp\u00e9riences concr\u00e8tes. Et j\u2019aime continuer \u00e0 coder quand l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 se pr\u00e9sente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quelles-missions-vous-rendent-fier-au-quotidien\">Quelles missions vous rendent fier au quotidien ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis fier quand un client anxieux face \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9 d\u2019un projet en ressort \u00e9bahi avec une application adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 ses besoins, livr\u00e9e en quelque semaines et dans le budget. Un r\u00e9sultat que nous devons \u00e0 notre exp\u00e9rience, bien s\u00fbr, mais aussi \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de Salesforce, taill\u00e9 pour des d\u00e9veloppements rapides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quelles-ont-ete-vos-premieres-impressions-avec-salesforce\">Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vos premi\u00e8res impressions avec Salesforce ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler sur Salesforce il y a dix ans, la plateforme avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 magique : \u00e0 peine inscrit, on recevait un environnement de test en cinq minutes, alors que d\u2019autres outils n\u00e9cessitaient des heures d\u2019installation. Je pouvais cr\u00e9er une API \u00e0 partir d\u2019un champ et d\u2019un objet, automatiquement, plut\u00f4t que manuellement. Salesforce \u00e9tait aussi le premier outil de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 tout proposer dans le cloud : finis les probl\u00e8mes de migration technique et de version !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quelles-sont-les-dernieres-nouveautes-salesforce-dont-vous-avez-entendu-parler\">Quelles sont les derni\u00e8res nouveaut\u00e9s Salesforce dont vous avez entendu parler ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis attentif aux d\u00e9veloppements autour de l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative et j\u2019ai suivi l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de Data Cloud. Salesforce a cette particularit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre toujours dans les tendances du moment, ce qui nous invite \u00e0 rester \u00e0 l\u2019aff\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derni\u00e8rement, j\u2019ai appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 travailler avec le mod\u00e8le de programmation Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/products\/experience-cloud\/overview\/\">Experience Cloud<\/a>. Salesforce a enti\u00e8rement repens\u00e9 l\u2019environnement technique pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de performance. Les r\u00e9sultats sont satisfaisants : on obtient des sites personnalisables et rapides. Je suis en train de d\u00e9ployer cette technologie pour la webapp personnalis\u00e9e d\u2019un client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vous-etes-egalement-co-leader-du-paris-developer-group-comment-cette-communaute-a-t-elle-evolue-au-fil-des-annees\">Vous \u00eates \u00e9galement co-leader du Paris Developer Group, comment cette communaut\u00e9 a-t-elle \u00e9volu\u00e9 au fil des ann\u00e9es ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Paris Developer Group est un lieu d\u2019\u00e9change entre les utilisateurs de Salesforce sur les sujets li\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement et aux nouvelles <em>features<\/em>. Ce qui a chang\u00e9 en 10 ans, c\u2019est que nous sommes beaucoup plus organis\u00e9s !&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons eu la chance d\u2019accueillir des intervenants ing\u00e9nieurs et des <em>product managers<\/em> venus directement des \u00c9tats-Unis pour nous pr\u00e9senter les nouvelles technologies sur lesquelles ils travaillaient. Nous sommes pass\u00e9s d\u2019une dizaine de personnes par \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 plus d\u2019une centaine aujourd\u2019hui.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-selon-vous-a-quel-point-la-transformation-numerique-a-t-elle-change-le-monde-professionnel\">Selon vous, \u00e0 quel point la transformation num\u00e9rique a-t-elle chang\u00e9 le monde professionnel ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le num\u00e9rique a donn\u00e9 aux utilisateurs finaux la capacit\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer eux-m\u00eames leurs probl\u00e9matiques \u00e0 distance, gr\u00e2ce aux chatbots, aux applications personnalis\u00e9es\u2026 Notre travail consiste aussi \u00e0 apporter ce type de solutions chez nos clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quel-est-selon-vous-le-meilleur-moyen-de-se-former\">Quel est, selon vous, le meilleur moyen de se former ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Trailhead, la plateforme d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la formation de Salesforce : c\u2019est le point d\u2019entr\u00e9e \u00e9vident pour 90 % des sujets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-appli-preferee\">Une appli pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/slack\/\">Slack<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quels-sont-les-medias-blogs-ou-newsletters-auxquels-vous-etes-abonne\">Quels sont les m\u00e9dias, blogs ou newsletters auxquels vous \u00eates abonn\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.texei.com\/blog\">newsletter et le blog de Texe\u00ef<\/a> sont plut\u00f4t biens \ud83d\ude09 !
