Vous \u00eates une marque internationale de vente au d\u00e9tail, pr\u00e9sente dans des magasins physiques, sur un site d\u2019e-commerce et dans des boutiques sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Un client de longue date vient de poster un \u00ab\u2009J\u2019aime\u2009\u00bb sur un nouveau produit sur Instagram. Cela d\u00e9clenche l\u2019action d\u2019un agent autonome, qui envoie un code de r\u00e9duction personnalis\u00e9 au client pour l\u2019encourager \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019agent partage \u00e9galement un lien vers votre site pour le diriger vers une page d\u2019achat personnalis\u00e9e en fonction de tout ce que vous connaissez de lui. R\u00e9sultat&nbsp;: une v\u00e9ritable exp\u00e9rience VIP pour le client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ia-et-donnees-ingredients-indissociables-pour-une-experience-client-d-exception\"><a><\/a><strong>IA et donn\u00e9es, ingr\u00e9dients indissociables pour une exp\u00e9rience client d\u2019exception<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00e9n\u00e9ration de messages automatis\u00e9s, cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience personnalis\u00e9e, service apr\u00e8s-vente\u2026 L\u2019IA joue un r\u00f4le de plus en plus pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant dans le parcours client. Mais ce qui rend possible ce niveau d\u2019adaptation, ce n\u2019est pas un<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/blog\/what-are-large-language-models\/\"> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/what-are-large-language-models\/\">grand mod\u00e8le de langage<\/a> (LLM) sur mesure dot\u00e9 de milliards de param\u00e8tres, mais un nouveau genre de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/what-is-data-cloud\/\"> plateforme de donn\u00e9es<\/a> qui recoupe les informations entre chaque point de donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreuses entreprises pensent qu\u2019en<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/blog\/adapt-or-train-your-own-llm\/\"> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/avantages-ia-entreprise\/\">entra\u00eenant leur propre LLM<\/a> \u00e0 partir de leurs donn\u00e9es, elles pourront produire un mod\u00e8le d\u2019IA parfaitement en phase avec leur activit\u00e9 et leurs clients. Mais c\u2019est \u00e0 la fois tr\u00e8s co\u00fbteux, chronophage et gourmand en expertise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e. Pour la grande majorit\u00e9 des acteurs, cette option n\u2019est tout simplement pas envisageable. De plus, contrairement \u00e0 une base de donn\u00e9es, un LLM ne dispose pas de contr\u00f4les d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es. Sans oublier la question de l\u2019int\u00e9gration du mod\u00e8le \u00e0 vos applications et syst\u00e8mes\u2026\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En v\u00e9rit\u00e9, m\u00eame si vous <em>pouviez<\/em> entra\u00eener votre propre LLM, il ne serait pas pr\u00e9cis \u00e0 100&nbsp;% sur le long terme, car il ne prendrait en compte que les derni\u00e8res donn\u00e9es sur lesquelles il a \u00e9t\u00e9 entra\u00een\u00e9. Ainsi, \u00e0 chaque fois que vous mettriez \u00e0 jour le dossier d\u2019un client, le LLM deviendrait obsol\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La meilleure approche consiste \u00e0 associer un LLM pr\u00e9-entra\u00een\u00e9 \u00e0 une plateforme qui extrait et recoupe les donn\u00e9es de plusieurs syst\u00e8mes, ind\u00e9pendamment de la source ou du type de donn\u00e9es.
