Si elles ont le pouvoir de changer des pans entiers de l\u2019\u00e9conomie, de la sant\u00e9 \u00e0 la finance en passant par les transports et l\u2019\u00e9ducation, encore faut-il que cette cr\u00e9ation de valeur s\u2019accompagne d\u2019un strict respect de la confidentialit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-utilisation-des-donnees-la-fin-ne-justifie-pas-les-moyens\">Utilisation des donn\u00e9es : la fin ne justifie pas les moyens !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Par sa simplicit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s et d\u2019usage, l\u2019intelligence artificielle g\u00e9n\u00e9rative a provoqu\u00e9 un choc d\u2019innovation au sein des organisations. Jamais une technologie num\u00e9rique n\u2019avait \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e aussi rapidement par des communicants, des sp\u00e9cialistes du marketing et des commerciaux en qu\u00eate de performance. Au point de s\u2019affranchir, quelques fois, des r\u00e8gles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, confiant celles-ci \u00e0 des \u00e9diteurs de logiciels tiers, non valid\u00e9s par les DSI. Doit-on emp\u00eacher les m\u00e9tiers de jouer avec les donn\u00e9es ? Oui. Doit-on leur supprimer ces nouveaux outils ? Non, car ces derniers concourent \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9.
