D\u00e9fi relev\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mise en place r\u00e9ussie de la plateforme Salesforce.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attirer davantage de candidats et mieux les cibler\u00a0: c\u2019est le d\u00e9fi que l\u2019\u00c9cole Polytechnique Executive Education souhaitait relever en entamant sa transformation digitale. L\u2019\u00e9cole d\u2019ing\u00e9nieur num\u00e9ro 1 en France, qui s\u2019appuie sur l\u2019expertise et la pluridisciplinarit\u00e9 de ses enseignants-chercheurs, propose des formations de tr\u00e8s haut niveau \u00e0 destination des experts, des managers et des dirigeants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un march\u00e9 de la formation continue de plus en plus comp\u00e9titif, la renomm\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement ne suffit plus \u00e0 se d\u00e9marquer. \u00ab Finie l\u2019\u00e9poque o\u00f9 les grandes \u00e9coles fran\u00e7aises recrutaient facilement sur la seule force de leur r\u00e9putation. Aujourd\u2019hui la comp\u00e9tition est devenue internationale \u00bb, commente Samuel Vinet, Directeur Marketing &amp; Commercial de l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/resources\/customer-stories\/ecole-polytechnique\/\">\u00c9cole Polytechnique Executive Education.<\/a> \u00ab\u00a0La mise en place d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie marketing et commerciale \u00e9tait devenue incontournable, notamment pour conqu\u00e9rir de nouveaux march\u00e9s et pour nous positionner en partenaire incontournable des entreprises. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-chantier-d-ampleur-pour-l-ecole-polytechnique-executive-education\"><strong>Un chantier d\u2019ampleur pour l\u2019\u00c9cole Polytechnique Executive Education<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le chantier s\u2019annon\u00e7ait d\u2019ampleur : \u00ab Nous n\u2019avions ni direction marketing, ni direction commerciale\u00a0: tout le suivi des prospects et des candidats \u00e9tait r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur Excel et on ne comptait plus les ruptures dans le parcours d\u2019admission des candidats \u00bb, se rem\u00e9more Samuel Vinet. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape a donc consist\u00e9 \u00e0 recruter une \u00e9quipe d\u00e9di\u00e9e, \u00e0 d\u00e9finir les processus marketing et commerciaux, puis \u00e0 mettre en place la plateforme CRM Salesforce. Objectifs : un processus d\u2019acquisition de leads et d\u2019admission plus rapide, plus fluide et plus personnalis\u00e9, mais \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de mieux cibler les candidats potentiels. \u00ab On a totalement recr\u00e9\u00e9 le parcours candidat\u00a0: mise en place d\u2019un portail de candidature en libre acc\u00e8s, campagnes de <em>nurturing <\/em>par emailing\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices imm\u00e9diats, tant sur le plan organisationnel que marketing \u00bb, se f\u00e9licite Samuel Vinet. \u00a0En parall\u00e8le, l\u2019adoption de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/marketing\/b2b-automation\/\">Marketing Cloud Account Engagement<\/a> (anciennement Pardot) pour automatiser les campagnes et la gestion des leads a permis de communiquer de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e avec les participants potentiels aux formations. \u00ab Nos \u00e9quipes marketing et commerciales ont pu identifier de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un ensemble de donn\u00e9es tr\u00e8s qualifi\u00e9es, qui leur offrent \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de suivre en temps r\u00e9el les principaux KPI (co\u00fbt d\u2019acquisition et ROI) \u00bb, compl\u00e8te Samuel Vinet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-resultats-eloquents-en-seulement-six-mois\"><strong>Des r\u00e9sultats \u00e9loquents en seulement six mois<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats sont \u00e9loquents, avec un d\u00e9lai de recrutement r\u00e9duit de 20 %, et une augmentation de 30 % du nombre de candidats trait\u00e9s, le tout en six mois seulement. \u00ab Gr\u00e2ce aux outils Salesforce d\u2019automatisation et de marketing cibl\u00e9, nous avons optimis\u00e9 nos processus internes, am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la collaboration entre les \u00e9quipes et renforc\u00e9 notre strat\u00e9gie marketing pour mieux atteindre nos publics. \u00bb D\u00e9sireuse d\u2019aller encore plus loin, l\u2019\u00c9cole Polytechnique Executive Education s\u2019attaque d\u00e9sormais au chantier de l\u2019IA pr\u00e9dictive pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des leads hautement qualifi\u00e9s sur la base de donn\u00e9es socio-d\u00e9mographiques : \u00e2ge, fonction, taille d\u2019entreprise, secteur\u2026 \u00ab Nous souhaitons enfin nous aider de l\u2019IA pour mettre en place une strat\u00e9gie de <em>lead nurturing<\/em>. Objectif&nbsp;: optimiser le temps pass\u00e9 avec chaque candidat en lui apportant le bon contenu au bon moment \u00bb, conclut Samuel Vinet. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-fin-d-un-monopole-pour-la-chambre-de-metiers-et-de-l-artisanat-d-ile-de-france\"><strong>La fin d\u2019un monopole pour la Chambre de m\u00e9tiers et de l&rsquo;artisanat d&rsquo;\u00cele-de-France<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019instar de l\u2019\u00c9cole Polytechnique Executive Education, le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019une nouvelle strat\u00e9gie commerciale \u00e9tait \u00e9galement au c\u0153ur des enjeux de la Chambre de m\u00e9tiers et de l&rsquo;artisanat \u00cele-de-France (CMA). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/resources\/customer-stories\/cma-aura\/\">Membre du r\u00e9seau des CMA fran\u00e7aises<\/a>, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement public constitue un partenaire incontournable du d\u00e9veloppement des entreprises artisanales : il d\u00e9fend leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats, forme chaque ann\u00e9e 6\u00a0500 apprentis dans ses centres de formations d&rsquo;apprentis (CFA) et accompagne les porteurs de projets depuis la cr\u00e9ation de leur entreprise jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa transmission.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9volution r\u00e9cente des textes sur les formalit\u00e9s des entreprises a boulevers\u00e9 le r\u00f4le des CMA, dont l\u2019une des fonctions historiques \u00e9tait d\u2019enregistrer au R\u00e9pertoire des M\u00e9tiers de chaque d\u00e9partement toute nouvelle entreprise artisanale. La disparition du R\u00e9pertoire des M\u00e9tiers au profit d\u2019un registre unique et celle des centres de formalit\u00e9s des entreprises au profit d\u2019une plateforme nationale (le Guichet unique des formalit\u00e9s) a modifi\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement l\u2019approche des CMA, notamment vis-\u00e0-vis des porteurs de projets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9volution qui n\u2019est pas sans impact sur leur activit\u00e9, comme l\u2019explique Florence Galiez, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale adjointe \u00e0 la CMA \u00cele-de-France\u00a0:\u00a0\u00ab Nous ne sommes plus le passage oblig\u00e9 des cr\u00e9ateurs d\u2019entreprises et chefs d\u2019entreprises artisanales pour leurs formalit\u00e9s.\u00a0 D\u2019o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une d\u00e9marche commerciale proactive, notamment sur la partie web.\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0Un enjeu crucial pour la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de l\u2019activit\u00e9 des CMA, car une partie de leurs revenus d\u00e9pend du nombre de prestations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une d\u00e9marche enti\u00e8rement collaborative<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce changement de culture s\u2019est effectu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re collaborative avec l\u2019ensemble des CMA, soutenues par CMA France, t\u00eate de pont du r\u00e9seau. \u00ab\u00a0Les outils utilis\u00e9s ne correspondaient plus aux nouveaux besoins en mati\u00e8re de gestion de la relation client et de prospection commerciale\u00a0\u00bb, commente Florence Galiez. CMA France a accompagn\u00e9 la mise en place du CRM en \u00e9laborant un cahier des charges et en d\u00e9finissant un <em>core model<\/em> au niveau national.\u00a0\u00ab Il s\u2019agissait de converger autour d\u2019un outil permettant de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des enjeux communs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a ensuite fallu recenser les donn\u00e9es \u00e0 valoriser et \u00e0 partager, automatiser les t\u00e2ches \u00e0 faible valeur ajout\u00e9e, clarifier les process et travailler les cas d\u2019usages en amont pour automatiser au maximum les parcours client dans le CRM. \u00ab\u00a0Le tout en embarquant les \u00e9quipes, dont les attentes \u00e9taient nombreuses\u00a0\u00bb, souligne Florence Galiez. D\u00e9fi r\u00e9ussi gr\u00e2ce au r\u00e9seau de 35 ambassadeurs r\u00e9gionaux, qui ont su former et accompagner la communaut\u00e9 d\u2019utilisateurs et continuent de l\u2019animer au quotidien. Sans oublier les managers, qui ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l\u2019appropriation et le suivi.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la remont\u00e9e de leads \u00ab\u00a0automatiques\u00a0\u00bb via le nouveau site web et \u00e0 la construction de tableaux de bord performants, le CRM Salesforce permet d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 CMA Ile-de-France de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 sa mission d&rsquo;accompagnement des entreprises.
