Pour offrir une exp\u00e9rience relationnelle fluide et adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque attente et \u00e0 chaque besoin, les entreprises doivent mixer les supports pour un service de relation client efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>1. Le \u00ab self-service \u00bb pour une aide de premier niveau \u00e0 la relation client<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une grande partie des demandes clients \u2013 et en particulier les plus fr\u00e9quentes (d\u00e9lais de livraison, modes d\u2019emploi, suppression d\u2019un abonnement\u2026) ne n\u00e9cessitent pas une relation en one-to-one. Un site internet clair et riche en informations pratiques appara\u00eet donc comme la premi\u00e8re pierre d\u2019un service relation client de haute qualit\u00e9. D\u2019ailleurs, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/resources\/research-reports\/state-of-the-connected-customer\/\">65 % des clients<\/a> disent eux-m\u00eames pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer les canaux \u00ab self-service \u00bb pour trouver r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 leur probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elles personnalisent aussi le parcours client. Les forums de discussion peuvent constituer un prolongement de ces FAQ : aliment\u00e9s par les internautes eux-m\u00eames, les forums transforment les clients en acteurs de la marque au sein d\u2019une communaut\u00e9 (plus de proximit\u00e9, am\u00e9lioration de la fid\u00e9lisation, meilleure image de marque\u2026) et enrichissent le contenu mis \u00e0 disposition par la marque. Attention : tout comme les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, les forums doivent \u00eatre administr\u00e9s en temps r\u00e9el pour en contr\u00f4ler les messages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>2. Les chatbots pour un service relation client humanis\u00e9<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La messagerie instantan\u00e9e est devenue l\u2019un des modes de communication digitale les plus utilis\u00e9s par les Fran\u00e7ais, en particulier par les plus jeunes. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/page\/customer-service\/2\">chatbot<\/a>, ou robot conversationnel, constitue donc un moyen d\u2019interaction dans l\u2019air du temps. Disponibles 24h\/24, les chatbots sont polyvalents (assistance pour une requ\u00eate basique, information\u2026) mais leur grand int\u00e9r\u00eat r\u00e9side dans la personnalisation de la communication : un client peut conna\u00eetre l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019une commande, la date de livraison\u2026 Connect\u00e9 \u00e0 une plateforme de relation client, le chatbot peut \u00e9galement rediriger la demande vers un agent en cas d\u2019\u00e9chec de sa r\u00e9ponse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>3. E-mail, t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, messageries : un CRM pour centraliser les canaux du service relation client<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u2019ils soient en boutique, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/2020\/10\/comment-bien-gerer-clients-dans-centre-d-appels.html\">au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone<\/a> ou en chat vid\u00e9o, les clients veulent des contacts personnalis\u00e9s et personnifi\u00e9s. Ils veulent \u00eatre reconnus et que leur demande soit suivie, m\u00eame s\u2019ils passent d\u2019un support \u00e0 un autre. Sans m\u00eame le savoir, les consommateurs sont d\u00e9sormais omnicanaux ! Non seulement les entreprises <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/2021\/03\/5-idees-strategie-service-client-etude-salesforce.html\">doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sentes sur tous les canaux<\/a>, mais elles doivent relier tous les canaux entre eux, centraliser toute l\u2019information client et la rendre accessible en temps r\u00e9el aux services de la relation client. Adopter un logiciel de gestion de la relation client permet d\u2019atteindre ce triple objectif. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une solution CRM, par exemple, un conseiller client joint par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone dispose instantan\u00e9ment de tout l\u2019historique des interactions entre ce client et l\u2019entreprise : la relation est plus simple, plus apais\u00e9e (pas de stress de la part du conseiller ni du client qui se sait reconnu) et plus efficace (la r\u00e9ponse ou la solution sont apport\u00e9es plus rapidement). Le conseiller dispose alors de plus de temps pour \u00e9couter, \u00e9changer et travailler la relation en apportant des informations connexes. Il peut, \u00e9ventuellement, orienter son interlocuteur vers des achats compl\u00e9mentaires, en lien avec ses attentes et ses centres d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats. Une bonne relation client am\u00e9liore donc la satisfaction et g\u00e9n\u00e8re de l\u2019up-sell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>72 % des Fran\u00e7ais accordent plus d\u2019importance qu\u2019avant \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9ponse apport\u00e9e par le service relation client et 70 % sont sensibles \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9coute. Pour faire la diff\u00e9rence par rapport \u00e0 la concurrence, les vendeurs doivent placer la satisfaction client au c\u0153ur de leurs priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques.
