Le groupe international anticipe la convergence in\u00e9luctable entre technologie et services de conseil, faisant de l&rsquo;IA un levier strat\u00e9gique de croissance et d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, au service de ses \u00e9quipes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabinet de conseil international n\u00e9 en France en 1997, <a href=\"https:\/\/leyton.com\/fr\/\">Leyton<\/a> accompagne plus de 50 000 entreprises et organisations publiques dans l&rsquo;optimisation de leurs ressources financi\u00e8res et l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux dispositifs de financement publics (cr\u00e9dit imp\u00f4t recherche, CEE, exon\u00e9rations sociales, etc.). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leyton est pr\u00e9sent dans 14 pays et compte 2 800 collaborateurs en Europe, en Am\u00e9rique du Nord et au Maroc. Particularit\u00e9s du Groupe : une force de frappe commerciale qui mobilise 800 collaborateurs, un ADN technologique insuffl\u00e9 par les fondateurs de l\u2019entreprise (client Salesforce depuis 21 ans) et la conviction que les mondes de la technologie \u2014 et notamment de l\u2019IA \u2014 et du service doivent converger. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce triptyque se traduit par un v\u00e9ritable \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit qui irrigue toute l\u2019organisation de Leyton, oriente sa strat\u00e9gie et le d\u00e9veloppement num\u00e9rique de ses activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-entreprise-tech-by-design\">Une entreprise \u00ab tech by design \u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2005, alors que Salesforce France venait tout juste d\u2019\u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9e, Leyton fait le choix de Force.com (aujourd\u2019hui <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/que-fait-salesforce-exactement\/\">Sales Cloud<\/a>) pour structurer la croissance de l\u2019entreprise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;\u00e9tait il y a plus de vingt ans, et la forte empreinte commerciale du Groupe en tr\u00e8s forte croissance imposait un CRM solide et agile, capable de soutenir son d\u00e9veloppement (augmentation de la client\u00e8le, cr\u00e9ation de nouvelles offres et de nouveaux services\u2026). Aujourd\u2019hui, le CRM Salesforce reste plus que jamais la colonne vert\u00e9brale de l\u2019entreprise et notamment pour la gestion des tr\u00e8s nombreuses opportunit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leyton organise 100 000 \u00e0 150 000 rendez-vous par an auxquels s\u2019ajoutent tous les appels commerciaux. \u00ab La stabilit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9volutivit\u00e9 de la solution et la simplicit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une interface intuitive permettant un onboarding rapide des nouveaux collaborateurs \u00bb, affirment Xavier de Marcillac, <em>Chief Digital Officer<\/em> et Olivier Rousselle, <em>Chief Operating Officer<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-avenir-du-consulting-passe-forcement-par-l-ia\">L\u2019avenir du consulting passe forc\u00e9ment par l\u2019IA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand Leyton s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 engager le virage de l\u2019IA en 2018, c\u2019est avant tout l\u2019intuition d\u2019une convergence prochaine entre technologie et service : \u00ab Comme n\u2019importe quelle activit\u00e9, on collecte des informations, on les transforme et on obtient un r\u00e9sultat. C\u2019est une cha\u00eene de valeur avec des \u00e9tapes qui peuvent \u00eatre automatis\u00e9es \u00bb, explique Olivier Rousselle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presque sept ann\u00e9es plus tard, les capacit\u00e9s de l\u2019intelligence artificielle \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les processus internes, \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/comprendre-automatisation-workflow\/\">automatiser les t\u00e2ches r\u00e9barbatives<\/a>, \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/market-intelligence-opportunites-commerciales\/\">opportunit\u00e9s commerciales<\/a> voire \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de nouveaux services pour les consultants, se confirment comme des leviers puissants au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/reduction-cout-entreprise-mode-emploi\/\">service de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9<\/a> de ses \u00e9quipes et donnent raison au Groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-tech-lab-oriente-ia-leyton-passe-un-nouveau-cap\">Un Tech Lab orient\u00e9 IA : Leyton passe un nouveau cap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2018, donc, Leyton fonde son Tech Lab, en s\u2019appuyant d\u2019une part sur les jeunes talents marocains fra\u00eechement sortis des \u00e9coles d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs les plus reconnues et, d\u2019autre part, sur un leader apte \u00e0 conduire la transition et \u00e0 embarquer tout le Groupe Leyton dans une vision commune de l\u2019IA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab L\u2019\u00e9vang\u00e9lisation aux nouvelles technologies et \u00e0 leur bon usage est certainement l\u2019un des enjeux les plus importants, \u00bb signale Xavier de Marcillac. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les premiers projets s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 l\u2019IA pr\u00e9dictive, avec la cr\u00e9ation de diff\u00e9rents outils \u00e0 destination des commerciaux pour identifier les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e0 fort potentiel et orienter les actions commerciales. Des d\u00e9veloppements sur des mod\u00e8les internes qui ont bien s\u00fbr \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 Salesforce afin d\u2019enrichir le CRM et de faciliter le quotidien des \u00e9quipes commerciales : depuis leur interface Salesforce, elles ont par exemple acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un score pr\u00e9dictif des opportunit\u00e9s, ce qui permet de mieux hi\u00e9rarchiser les actions.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-quote-article\" style=\"\"><div class=\"wp-block-quote-social-wrapper\"><figure class=\"wp-block-quote-article-quote\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>On a tendance \u00e0 surestimer l&rsquo;impact imm\u00e9diat d&rsquo;une technologie sur le court terme mais \u00e0 le sous-estimer sur le long terme. Olivier Rousselle explique : \u00ab L\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative a cr\u00e9\u00e9 des attentes importantes au niveau de nos utilisateurs.\u00a0 Ils veulent des solutions faciles \u00e0 utiliser qui leur simplifient la vie, qui leur apportent de la valeur ajout\u00e9e au quotidien. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fonctionnalit\u00e9s de confiance envers l\u2019IA (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/artificial-intelligence\/trusted-ai\/\">Einstein Trust Layer<\/a>), la simplicit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation et l\u2019int\u00e9gration parfaite dans l\u2019interface de Salesforce permettent justement de cr\u00e9er une IA qui rencontre ces attentes. En travaillant \u00e0 quatre mains (d\u00e9veloppeur et expert m\u00e9tier), des premiers cas d\u2019usage sont sortis du Lab de Leyton. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les commerciaux, notamment dans la pr\u00e9paration des rendez-vous ou encore le remplissage automatique du CRM, qui reste une t\u00e2che chronophage plus ou moins bien effectu\u00e9e. Lib\u00e9rer le temps des collaborateurs est un leitmotiv pour Leyton, qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8re voir ses commerciaux au contact de leurs clients plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 remplir des documents. En cela, l\u2019IA et Agentforce ouvrent de belles perspectives de gain en efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En janvier 2025, Leyton a franchi une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans sa strat\u00e9gie d\u2019innovation en transformant son Tech Lab en une entit\u00e9 autonome : <strong>Leyton CognitX<\/strong>.
