Faut-il avoir les biceps d\u2019Hercule pour venir \u00e0 bout des d\u00e9fis qui s\u2019offrent aux ETI ? Pas si s\u00fbr, comme le d\u00e9montre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.batisante.fr\/\">Batisant\u00e9<\/a>, groupe de services multi-techniques dans le b\u00e2timent, qui a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 moderniser son syst\u00e8me d\u2019information (SI) en domptant notamment la puissance de l\u2019IA. Parfois, le succ\u00e8s r\u00e9side tout simplement dans une strat\u00e9gie \u00e9clair\u00e9e et le choix des bons outils.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e8re de la donn\u00e9e et de l\u2019IA, pas de croissance sans un SI agile et performant. Chez Batisant\u00e9, champion de la protection du b\u00e2timent et de ses occupants fond\u00e9 en 1986, il fallait oser rajeunir un SI vieillissant pour soutenir une expansion fulgurante. Il compte plus de 6\u202f000 clients professionnels, copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s, bureaux, commerces. Depuis cinq ans, le groupe a tripl\u00e9 ses effectifs pour atteindre 1\u202f500 collaborateurs, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des acquisitions. Mais avec un SI trop rigide, difficile de tenir la cadence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arriv\u00e9 en 2020 \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la DSI, Philippe de S\u00e9douy s\u2019est vu confier une mission ambitieuse\u202f: <strong>moderniser l\u2019informatique maison pour fluidifier les processus et lib\u00e9rer les \u00e9nergies<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u202fNous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de nous appuyer sur les solutions de Salesforce et l\u2019accompagnement de SpringFive, notre partenaire int\u00e9grateur, pour lancer plusieurs projets en parall\u00e8le dans le cadre d\u2019un programme de transformation global. Ces deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ont su mener une phase d\u2019avant-vente convaincante aupr\u00e8s des d\u00e9cideurs et des actionnaires, ax\u00e9e sur le ROI des nouveaux syst\u00e8mes, leur apport de valeur aux \u00e9quipes, l\u2019\u00e9coute de nos besoins, les synergies entre modules et la conduite du changement\u202f\u00bb, explique-t-il.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"is-style-default\"><strong>\u00ab\u202fR\u00e9cemment, un grand compte de l\u2019agro-alimentaire nous demandait de concevoir un bon tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifique, int\u00e9grant des normes pointues\u202f; on a pu le d\u00e9velopper et le d\u00e9ployer en une dizaine de jours, alors que \u00e7a nous aurait pris trois \u00e0 six mois avec le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent syst\u00e8me. Plus de paperasse ni de ressaisie\u202f: tout est \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-memes-les-metiers-n-en-revenaient-pas\"><strong>\u00ab M\u00eames les m\u00e9tiers n\u2019en revenaient pas \u00bb<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u202fDes \u00e9quipes de quatre \u00e0 six collaborateurs sont form\u00e9es le vendredi\u202f; et d\u00e8s le lundi suivant, elles utilisent l\u2019appli sur le terrain, avec un back-up sur l\u2019outil historique pour qu\u2019elles conservent si n\u00e9cessaire leurs rep\u00e8res\u202f\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise le DSI. <strong>R\u00e9sultat imm\u00e9diat\u202f: un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/kpi-client-salesforce\/\">NPS en nette hausse<\/a><\/strong>, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des comptes rendus clairs et des interventions mieux suivies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u202fR\u00e9cemment, un grand compte de l\u2019agro-alimentaire nous demandait de concevoir un bon tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifique, int\u00e9grant des normes pointues\u202f; on a pu le d\u00e9velopper et le d\u00e9ployer en une dizaine de jours, alors que \u00e7a nous aurait pris trois \u00e0 six mois avec le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent syst\u00e8me. M\u00eame les m\u00e9tiers n\u2019en revenaient pas\u202f!\u202f\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais l\u2019histoire ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas l\u00e0. <strong>D\u2019autres projets avancent \u00e0 vive allure\u202f: un module service client capable de traiter 1\u202f000 interactions par jour<\/strong>, d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re prise de contact (fini l\u2019attente au bout du fil\u202f!), est en production depuis d\u00e9cembre 2024. Une solution <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/sales\/cpq\/\">CPQ<\/a> (qui automatise la configuration, la tarification et l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement de devis) pour permettre aux op\u00e9rateurs de proposer des offres simples \u00e0 signer en ligne, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il faut aujourd\u2019hui cinq \u00e0 dix jours. Objectif\u202f: automatiser la qualification des demandes entrantes et r\u00e9sumer les appels client via <em>speech to text<\/em>. R\u00e9sultat\u202f? Quelques secondes suffisent l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il fallait auparavant trois \u00e0 quatre minutes\u202f! Une efficacit\u00e9 redoutable, mais qui d\u00e9pend d\u2019un carburant indispensable\u202f: la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es. \u00ab\u202fCar il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019IA sans data\u202f\u00bb, rappelle Philippe de S\u00e9douy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u202fLe probl\u00e8me dans une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/manufacturing-data-strategy\/\">organisation silot\u00e9e,<\/a> c\u2019est que les \u00e9quipes s\u2019envoient des e-mails en permanence\u202f; toute l\u2019information est perdue\u202f! L\u2019id\u00e9e qui sous-tend la transformation, en concentrant toutes les interactions dans les modules de Salesforce, est de sauvegarder la donn\u00e9e et la rendre accessible au bon niveau, aux bonnes personnes, dans une logique de partage, de performance et d\u2019intelligence\u202f\u00bb, d\u00e9taille-t-il encore. Mieux\u202f: gr\u00e2ce aux API de Salesforce, les clients eux-m\u00eames acc\u00e8dent \u00e0 leurs donn\u00e9es, simplement et en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi Salesforce\u202f?
