Il les accompagne dans trois domaines : le d\u00e9veloppement des usages et de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur, la modernisation des infrastructures informatiques et l\u2019ouverture sur le cloud, le d\u00e9ploiement des strat\u00e9gies r\u00e9seaux et s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9sent dans cinq pays, le groupe anglais est particuli\u00e8rement bien implant\u00e9 en France avec un chiffre d\u2019affaires de plus de 2,7 milliards d\u2019euros et plus de 3 300 collaborateurs. SCC a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans l\u2019Hexagone un portefeuille complet couvrant la fourniture de mat\u00e9riel informatique, les solutions logicielles, les services d&rsquo;infrastructure, le cloud \u2014et m\u00eame le reconditionnement de mat\u00e9riel via SCC Recycling.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-changement-de-paradigme\"><strong>Un changement de paradigme<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Notre mod<em>\u00e8<\/em>le d&rsquo;affaires a consid\u00e9rablement \u00e9volu\u00e9 ces derni<em>\u00e8<\/em>res ann\u00e9es&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb, explique Stephan Boisson, Directeur Digital et Syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;Information de SCC. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Historiquement tourn\u00e9s vers le hardware, nous avons vu la vente de softwares exploser pour atteindre 54 % de notre chiffre d&rsquo;affaires aujourd\u2019hui. C&rsquo;est un changement de paradigme qui n\u00e9cessite une transformation profonde.<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transformation : c\u2019est le mot ! Car l\u2019\u00e9volution du business de SCC ne se r\u00e9duit pas \u00e0 un simple mouvement de bascule. Vendre du software, c\u2019est \u00eatre capable de comprendre parfaitement une grande diversit\u00e9 de besoins clients. Afin d\u2019orienter ceux-ci vers la meilleure r\u00e9ponse possible, parmi pr\u00e8s de 3 000 \u00e9ditions de logiciels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est donc toute une r\u00e9adaptation de la relation client et des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/nouveau-role-conseiller-vente\/\">forces de vente<\/a> qu\u2019il a fallu red\u00e9finir. Les commerciaux ont c\u00e9d\u00e9 la place \u00e0 de v\u00e9ritables consultants capables d&rsquo;accompagner les clients dans leurs enjeux technologiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-upscale-2025\"><strong>\u00ab Upscale 2025 \u00bb<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis, SCC a \u00e9labor\u00e9 son plan de transformation baptis\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;Upscale&nbsp;2025&nbsp;\u00bb pour s\u2019adapter \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble des besoins du march\u00e9. Cela s&rsquo;est d&rsquo;abord traduit par une r\u00e9organisation autour de trois business units majeures, refl\u00e9tant les besoins des DSI clients : Software, Workspace (ou End-User Solutions) et Enterprise Solutions (infrastructure et cloud). Et cela s\u2019est poursuivi par une transformation num\u00e9rique autour de quatre axes strat\u00e9giques : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>le renforcement de la relation client avec la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une plateforme digitale Atrium comme point de contact unique ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la fluidification de la relation avec les partenaires fournisseurs : rapprochement avec les 2 500 \u00e9diteurs actifs ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la modernisation des ERP et des outils op\u00e9rationnels ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l&rsquo;optimisation des processus de vente, d&rsquo;avant-vente et de s&rsquo;inscrit le partenariat entre SCC et Salesforce. Initi\u00e9 il y a quatre ans, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 sur la volont\u00e9 de SCC de rationaliser ses processus au sein d\u2019une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/small-business-customer-360\/\">plateforme unique<\/a>. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous avions besoin d\u2019une vision \u00e0 360 <em>degr\u00e9s&nbsp;<\/em>du client<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, explique Stephan Boisson qui signale que leur CRM historique, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en interne, avait du mal \u00e0 \u00e9voluer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9ploiement de Salesforce s&rsquo;est fait progressivement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/sales\/\">Sales Cloud<\/a> : impl\u00e9ment\u00e9 pour g\u00e9rer les leads et le pipe commercial, il a remplac\u00e9 le CRM qui ne permettait pas d\u2019avoir cette vision \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s du client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/marketing\/engagement\/\">Marketing Cloud Engagement<\/a> (anciennement Pardot)&nbsp;: pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de leads via les campagnes marketing B2B.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/sales\/revenue-lifecycle-management\/\">Revenue Cloud Advanced <\/a>(RCA) : d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cemment, afin de g\u00e9rer les catalogues de solutions logicielles et d\u2019optimiser l\u2019\u00e9dition des devis et le suivi des commandes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Le choix de RCA illustre parfaitement la m\u00e9thode de rationalisation engag\u00e9e par la DSI de SCC autour de Salesforce : \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Notre ambition est d&rsquo;avoir un cha\u00eenage complet&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Stephan Boisson. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Avec RCA, nous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficions d&rsquo;une solution qui fait partie de la feuille de route Salesforce, ce qui nous rassure sur sa p\u00e9<em>rennit\u00e9<\/em>&nbsp;et sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9voluer. C&rsquo;est une int\u00e9gration sans couture, au sein m\u00eame de l&rsquo;\u00e9<em>cosyst\u00e8me Salesforce.<\/em><\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif est double. Il s\u2019agit, bien s\u00fbr, r\u00e9pondre le plus rapidement possible aux appels d&rsquo;offres et aux sollicitations des clients. Mais aussi d\u2019\u00e9viter toute <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/ceos-bring-teams-up-to-speed-with-ai\/\">obsolescence des syst\u00e8mes<\/a>&nbsp;et de satisfaire les besoins SI en interne, tout en maximisant le&nbsp;time-to-market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-gain-d-efficacite\"><strong>Un gain d\u2019efficacit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La mise en place de cette strat\u00e9gie de plateforme avec Salesforce a d\u00e9j\u00e0 port\u00e9 ses fruits. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous pouvons faire \u00e9voluer notre syst<em>\u00e8<\/em>me beaucoup plus rapidement qu&rsquo;avant, avec les m\u00eames \u00e9<em>quipes<\/em><\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, se r\u00e9jouit Stephan Boisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux d\u00e9fis majeurs se profilent pour la suite du partenariat avec Salesforce. Le premier r\u00e9side dans la mont\u00e9e en puissance du service client : \u00ab&nbsp;<em>L\u2019outil actuellement utilis\u00e9 par les \u00e9quipes n\u2019alimente pas notre vision \u00e0 360<em>&nbsp;degr\u00e9s&nbsp;<\/em>des clients. C\u2019est pourquoi nous envisageons de d\u00e9ployer la solution&nbsp;<\/em>Service Cloud de Salesforce \u00bb, anticipe le DSI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le second d\u00e9fi concerne l\u2019intelligence artificielle : \u00ab<em>&nbsp;Nous avons besoin de cette technologie notamment pour capter les donn\u00e9es non structur\u00e9es, comme les PDF de devis. Mais aussi dans le cadre de la pr\u00e9paration de r\u00e9ponses aux appels d\u2019offres en pr\u00e9-traitant, par exemple, de nombreux documents gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, conclut Stephan Boisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qui aurait pu imaginer de telles possibilit\u00e9s il y a encore deux ans ?
