L\u2019entreprise a am\u00e9lior\u00e9 sa strat\u00e9gie de prospection terrain gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Salesforce Maps, permettant aux commerciaux de visualiser leur territoire, de cibler les clients et d&rsquo;optimiser leurs tourn\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rajeunir l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du logiciel de comptabilit\u00e9-tr\u00e9sorerie-facturation gr\u00e2ce au mod\u00e8le <em>Software-as-a-Service<\/em> et des mises \u00e0 jour tr\u00e8s r\u00e9guli\u00e8res : voil\u00e0 le socle de l\u2019\u00e9diteur Pennylane. La scale-up (600 salari\u00e9s en f\u00e9vrier 2025) a pu compter pendant ses premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es sur des leads entrants pour assurer sa croissance. L\u2019heure \u00e9tant d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration, l&rsquo;entreprise s\u2019est lanc\u00e9e en 2024 dans la prospection de terrain pour se faire conna\u00eetre d\u2019un maximum de cabinets comptables et d\u2019entreprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette conqu\u00eate du terrain a commenc\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re empirique avec des outils disparates, pour organiser les tourn\u00e9es. Le CRM Sales Cloud \u2014 impl\u00e9ment\u00e9 d\u00e8s la cr\u00e9ation de Pennylane \u2014 servait \u00e0 enregistrer les donn\u00e9es clients, tandis que les itin\u00e9raires \u00e9taient pr\u00e9par\u00e9s avec un site internet public de cartographie. Cette visualisation permet de d\u00e9limiter des zones de prospection en identifiant les secteurs \u00e0 forte concentration de cabinets d&rsquo;expertise comptable et ceux plus diffus. Les commerciaux peuvent eux-m\u00eames affiner la connaissance de leur propre march\u00e9 en affichant des calques de donn\u00e9es sur les cartes : le logiciel comptable actuellement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 chez le prospect, le niveau d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat, la date du dernier contact et la nature de l\u2019\u00e9change. Une approche visuelle qui transforme radicalement la compr\u00e9hension du territoire et permet d&rsquo;\u00e9laborer des strat\u00e9gies pertinentes, adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque zone g\u00e9ographique et \u00e0 chaque type de client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-temps-de-preparation-et-de-reporting-optimises\">Des temps de pr\u00e9paration et de reporting optimis\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La centralisation des ressources n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration des tourn\u00e9es dans Salesforce Maps a permis d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la phase pr\u00e9paratoire. Bient\u00f4t, l\u2019outil pourra aussi r\u00e9soudre une probl\u00e9matique majeure : la collecte des informations. L\u2019objectif est de permettre aux commerciaux de ne plus attendre leur retour au bureau pour saisir leurs notes, au risque de perdre une partie des donn\u00e9es. Avec Salesforce Maps, ils pourront mettre \u00e0 jour les informations directement lors des visites, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de renseignements sur l\u2019entreprise ou le cabinet, du logiciel de comptabilit\u00e9 utilis\u00e9, ou encore du niveau d\u2019app\u00e9tence du client.
