Avec Agentforce, Spoticar passe \u00e0 la vitesse sup\u00e9rieure dans le parcours d\u2019achat d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule d\u2019occasion.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leader fran\u00e7ais du v\u00e9hicule d&rsquo;occasion avec pr\u00e8s de 75 000 v\u00e9hicules en vente et 1\u202f200 points de vente, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spoticar.fr\/\">Spoticar<\/a> incarne le phygital dans l&rsquo;automobile. Cr\u00e9\u00e9e par Stellantis en 2019, la structure combine la puissance d&rsquo;une plateforme web avec le maillage d&rsquo;un r\u00e9seau physique. Mais ce positionnement hybride exige un \u00e9quilibre permanent entre canaux num\u00e9riques et relation humaine. Face \u00e0 l&rsquo;explosion des r\u00e9seaux sociaux et \u00e0 la fragmentation des parcours d&rsquo;achat, Spoticar ne pouvait pas se contenter de suivre. Il fallait anticiper. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle Spoticar s\u2019est appuy\u00e9 sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/agentforce\/\">Agentforce<\/a>, la plateforme d\u2019agents IA de Salesforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spoticar voulait adresser une probl\u00e9matique nouvelle : comment mieux engager les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de clients moins experts de l\u2019automobile. En effet, ces clients sont peu habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 naviguer entre les diff\u00e9rents acteurs et les multiples marques, motorisations, options, filtres, garanties \u2026 qui s\u2019offrent \u00e0 eux. \u00ab Chercher une nouvelle voiture peut rapidement s\u2019av\u00e9rer fastidieux, voire provoquer un certain d\u00e9semparement, notamment chez les plus jeunes. D&rsquo;o\u00f9 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;un agent conversationnel baptis\u00e9 SPOT.i et d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 sur WhatsApp, disponible 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;agent ne se contente pas de r\u00e9pondre : il qualifie. D\u00e9ployer SPOT.i avec Agentforce, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait construire une premi\u00e8re brique de cet \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me unifi\u00e9. \u00ab L&rsquo;int\u00e9gration CRM native a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cisive dans l&rsquo;adoption par les \u00e9quipes de Spoticar. Z\u00e9ro formation n\u00e9cessaire\u202f: les commerciaux r\u00e9cup\u00e8rent les leads dans leur outil habituel \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La v\u00e9locit\u00e9 a fait la diff\u00e9rence. Un socle de solutions \u00e9volutives a \u00e9t\u00e9 travaill\u00e9 afin que l\u2019agent puisse \u00eatre rapidement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois sur plusieurs canaux et dans plusieurs pays. Ainsi, l&rsquo;agent a pu \u00eatre lanc\u00e9, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle, en moins de cinq semaines seulement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-test-and-learn-plutot-que-big-bang-nbsp\"><strong>Test and learn plut\u00f4t que big bang<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Spoticar a lanc\u00e9 la phase de test de SPOT.i en d\u00e9cembre 2025, avant un d\u00e9ploiement complet fin janvier 2026. Pas d\u2019objectif chiffr\u00e9, pas de promesse de ROI imm\u00e9diat. L&rsquo;entreprise assume une approche exp\u00e9rimentale. \u00ab Nous voulons laisser quelques milliers de personnes interagir et ensuite analyser les r\u00e9sultats \u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif : comprendre comment les clients utilisent l&rsquo;outil. Combien d&rsquo;interactions par lead g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 ? \u00c0 quel moment d\u00e9crochent-ils ?
