La performance de chacun n&rsquo;a de sens que si elle s&rsquo;inscrit dans un effort collectif coh\u00e9rent, en s&rsquo;assurant que ce que l&rsquo;on vend correspond bien \u00e0 ce que le client ach\u00e8te, que la facturation est juste, que la communication est fluide de bout en bout\u2026 Chaque membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe est important, chacun doit exceller dans son r\u00f4le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Savoir s\u2019adapter en continu<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>De comp\u00e9tition en comp\u00e9tition, les Bleus ont su se r\u00e9inventer au gr\u00e9 des forces en pr\u00e9sence et des strat\u00e9gies adverses pour les faire d\u00e9jouer. Dans un environnement \u00e9conomique en recomposition permanente, la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;adaptation est tout aussi importante. Politique de marge ou de prix, repositionnement d&rsquo;une offre sur un segment ou une g\u00e9ographie\u2026 Les organisations doivent savoir s\u2019adapter en temps r\u00e9el, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de toute l&rsquo;organisation. \u00ab Ce n\u2019est plus le plus gros qui mange le plus petit, mais le plus rapide qui mange le plus lent \u00bb, d\u00e9crit Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Hervo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9l\u00e9guer pour lib\u00e9rer le potentiel des \u00e9quipes<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le handball comme en entreprise, la qualit\u00e9 du leadership est un autre facteur de succ\u00e8s d\u00e9cisif. J\u00e9r\u00f4me Fernandez insiste sur le r\u00f4le jou\u00e9 par Claude Onesta, s\u00e9lectionneur de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de France de 2001 \u00e0 2016. \u00ab Il a su d\u00e9l\u00e9guer la partie handball \u00e0 ses cadres pour que nous puissions mettre en place ce qui nous rendait performants de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une approche que Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Hervo relie au r\u00f4le de la direction financi\u00e8re dans l&rsquo;entreprise : donner aux m\u00e9tiers les moyens d&rsquo;\u00eatre de plus en plus autonomes dans les d\u00e9cisions qu&rsquo;ils prennent, en leur offrant les technologies ad\u00e9quates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La donn\u00e9e, v\u00e9ritable levier de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de France n&rsquo;a pas seulement gagn\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son talent. Elle a aussi su tirer parti des \u00e9volutions technologiques pour affiner la pr\u00e9paration des rencontres. \u00ab Nous sommes pass\u00e9s du magn\u00e9toscope au DVD, puis aux fichiers num\u00e9riques aliment\u00e9s par des capteurs. Cela nous a permis d&rsquo;avoir un maximum d&rsquo;informations sur les adversaires et de pr\u00e9parer chaque rencontre de mani\u00e8re beaucoup plus fine \u00bb, indique J\u00e9r\u00f4me Fernandez. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre l\u2019analyse des adversaires, les donn\u00e9es sont \u00e9galement essentielles pour m\u00e9nager les troupes, adapter les s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement individuelles
