Depuis le mois d\u2019avril de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, les \u00e9quipes des ressources humaines collaborent avec un agent de pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection aliment\u00e9 par l\u2019IA, disponible via une application web de chat. Apr\u00e8s plus de 100 000 conversations de pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection men\u00e9es par l\u2019agent, Adecco d\u00e9ploie d\u00e9sormais une fonctionnalit\u00e9 vocale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preselectionner-des-milliers-de-talents-de-maniere-autonome\">Pr\u00e9s\u00e9lectionner des milliers de talents\u2026 de mani\u00e8re autonome<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque processus de candidature chez Adecco d\u00e9bute lorsqu\u2019un recruteur publie une nouvelle offre. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la solution <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/artificial-intelligence\/prompt-builder\/\">Prompt Builder<\/a>, chacun peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer rapidement une description personnalis\u00e9e ainsi que des questions de pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection adapt\u00e9es aux caract\u00e9ristiques du poste \u00e0 pourvoir. Le syst\u00e8me r\u00e9alise ensuite un \u00ab contr\u00f4le de pr\u00e9paration de l\u2019agent \u00bb pour s\u2019assurer que la fiche de poste contient toutes les informations n\u00e9cessaires pour permettre \u00e0 Agentforce d\u2019effectuer la pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection. L\u2019annonce re\u00e7oit alors une note de 1 \u00e0 5, qui indique si les informations sont assez compl\u00e8tes pour que l\u2019agent puisse jouer pleinement son r\u00f4le. Une fois le dossier pr\u00eat, le recruteur peut publier l\u2019annonce et la diffuser sur les plateformes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et le site d\u2019Adecco via une int\u00e9gration native de Salesforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019un candidat postule, il re\u00e7oit un SMS l\u2019invitant \u00e0 choisir entre un \u00e9change par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou via un chat pour la pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection. Lorsque le candidat d\u00e9croche, le syst\u00e8me lance un appel en conf\u00e9rence avec un num\u00e9ro pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini de Salesforce, connectant automatiquement le candidat \u00e0 l\u2019agent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 ce stade, l\u2019identifiant du poste est transmis \u00e0 l\u2019agent de pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection, lui permettant de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la description de l\u2019offre et les questions \u00e0 poser lors de l\u2019entretien. L\u2019agent ouvre alors l\u2019\u00e9change avec un message d\u2019accueil et fait progresser la conversation en posant des questions de mani\u00e8re proactive. En plus des informations sp\u00e9cifiques au poste, l\u2019agent est configur\u00e9 avec des instructions globales qui d\u00e9finissent son ton et d\u2019autres param\u00e8tres propres aux interactions vocales. Il est \u00e9galement form\u00e9 aux r\u00e9glementations locales sur la protection des donn\u00e9es, comme la <em>General Data Protection Regulation<\/em>, et peut r\u00e9pondre aux questions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales les plus fr\u00e9quentes. Si un candidat pose une question hors sujet ou inappropri\u00e9e, l\u2019agent redirige poliment la conversation vers les th\u00e9matiques de l\u2019entretien ou indique comment contacter Adecco via le site web.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au fil de l\u2019appel, Agentforce recourt \u00e0 des actions personnalis\u00e9es pour enregistrer directement les r\u00e9ponses du candidat dans le dossier de candidature sur Salesforce.
