Une dynamique qui ouvre de nouvelles perspectives commerciales, mais qui exerce \u00e9galement une pression croissante sur les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;information. En effet, derri\u00e8re chaque ouverture de march\u00e9 se cachent de nouveaux flux logistiques, de nouveaux partenaires, de nouveaux parcours clients et de nouvelles exigences r\u00e9glementaires. Et&nbsp;MuleSoft&nbsp;y a largement contribu\u00e9 \u00bb, explique Arnaud De La Fourni\u00e8re, Directeur des Syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;Information de Courir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;entreprise a notamment remplac\u00e9 son ancien environnement SAP et repens\u00e9 ses op\u00e9rations IT autour d&rsquo;une logique omnicanale. Mais au-del\u00e0 des applications elles-m\u00eames, c&rsquo;est surtout la mani\u00e8re de les faire dialoguer qui devait \u00e9voluer. \u00ab Nous avions h\u00e9rit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un entrep\u00f4t qui n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la transformation internationale de Courir, d\u00e9taille Arnaud De La Fourni\u00e8re. Nous avons souhait\u00e9 l&rsquo;automatiser pour accompagner notre d\u00e9veloppement international. Un projet complexe d&rsquo;un point de vue m\u00e9tier, mais encore plus d&rsquo;un point de vue IT \u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auparavant, chaque nouveau projet impliquait des d\u00e9veloppements sp\u00e9cifiques et des int\u00e9grations sur mesure. Cons\u00e9quence ? Des d\u00e9lais difficiles \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser, en raison des interactions complexes entre l&rsquo;ancien environnement SAP et le WMS du partenaire. Une telle complexit\u00e9 n&rsquo;\u00e9tait plus compatible avec les ambitions de croissance du groupe. Pour poursuivre son d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 l&rsquo;international, Courir devait trouver un moyen de gagner en rapidit\u00e9 et en agilit\u00e9, sans multiplier les d\u00e9pendances techniques. \u00ab C\u2019est pourquoi nous avons fait le choix de&nbsp;MuleSoft. Une \u00e9volution qui a profond\u00e9ment chang\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on dont les projets sont con\u00e7us, d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s et maintenus. Par exemple, le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019une nouvelle plateforme de gestion des retours a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en trois mois, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 18 mois \u00e9taient auparavant n\u00e9cessaires pour une initiative comparable. M\u00eame constat pour l&rsquo;expansion internationale : l&rsquo;ouverture du march\u00e9 espagnol avait demand\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de huit mois d&rsquo;efforts, contre seulement trois mois pour L\u2019entreprise pr\u00e9pare d\u00e9j\u00e0 la nouvelle r\u00e9volution agentique, via une approche r\u00e9solument pragmatique de&nbsp;<em>test and&nbsp;learn<\/em>. Mais une question s&rsquo;impose rapidement : comment permettre aux agents IA d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der aux bonnes informations, au bon moment, quel que soit leur emplacement ?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette question se pose d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans plusieurs cas d&rsquo;usage explor\u00e9s par les \u00e9quipes de Courir, comme l&rsquo;envoi d&rsquo;une offre personnalis\u00e9e \u00e0 un client dont l&rsquo;anniversaire approche et qui n&rsquo;a pas effectu\u00e9 d&rsquo;achat depuis plusieurs mois. Gr\u00e2ce aux donn\u00e9es disponibles dans Salesforce, un agent est en mesure d\u2019identifier ce client et de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une recommandation personnalis\u00e9e bas\u00e9e sur ses pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences et son historique d&rsquo;achat.
