Mais il est essentiel que <b>chacun ait un r\u00f4le clairement d\u00e9fini<\/b>, au sein d\u2019un organigramme soigneusement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi<b>. <\/b>Les postes-cl\u00e9s seront attribu\u00e9s selon les comp\u00e9tences et affinit\u00e9s de chacun, m\u00eame si au d\u00e9marrage, une fonction secondaire lui est confi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cette sp\u00e9cialisation garantit la satisfaction et la <b>fid\u00e9lisation des premiers collaborateurs<\/b> : sinon, ils risquent de mal accepter de perdre une partie de leurs attributions lorsque les \u00e9quipes seront renforc\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une organisation solide <b>garantit des responsabilit\u00e9s assum\u00e9es<\/b>. Chouchoutez-les, et r\u00e9agissez \u00e0 leurs remarques, incitez-les \u00e0 s\u2019exprimer (par exemple via un questionnaire sur votre site Internet, des questions par SMS\u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Apprenez tout ce que vous pouvez sur vos clients<\/b> : au-del\u00e0 de leurs r\u00e9actions \u00e0 vos produits ou services, essayez de collecter toutes les informations possibles sur vos clients, pour <b>les conna\u00eetre collectivement<\/b> (quelle est votre \u00ab client\u00e8le type \u00bb ?) <b>et individuellement<\/b> (pour personnaliser les \u00e9changes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entrez en contact avec vos clients <b>sur tous les canaux<\/b> : pensez \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un blog ou un site Internet vitrine, \u00e0 \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux pour \u00e9tablir une relation plus \u00e9troite avec vos prospects et clients\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Pensez mobile<\/b> : aussi importante que la pr\u00e9sence sur Internet \u2013 voire plus selon votre activit\u00e9 \u2013 une version accessible en mobilit\u00e9 de votre communication doit \u00eatre rapidement lanc\u00e9e, par exemple sous la forme d\u2019une application mobile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Automatisez toutes les t\u00e2ches qui peuvent l\u2019\u00eatre<\/b>, pour gagner du temps et pouvoir consacrer plus de temps \u00e0 la relation personnalis\u00e9e lorsqu\u2019un client vous sollicite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vente-marketing-service-client-l-interface-de-votre-activite\"><b>Vente, marketing, service client : l\u2019interface de votre activit\u00e9 !<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La question de la r\u00e9partition des r\u00f4les va alors se poser plus fortement dans les fonctions li\u00e9es au client, \u00e0 sa satisfaction, sa vision de la start-up\u2026 Ces postes sont essentiels car, pour une jeune entreprise, une image n\u00e9gative est une condamnation \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chec !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, faut-il associer vente et marketing, et m\u00eame service client, ou d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part scinder les fonctions ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux strat\u00e9gies sont possibles. \u00c0 condition toutefois de respecter quelques r\u00e8gles !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quelle que soit l\u2019organisation adopt\u00e9e, <b>d\u00e9finissez clairement qui est responsable de chaque aspect de la relation client<\/b> (demande de tarifs, questions sur les produits, questions sur les conditions de vente, plaintes ou r\u00e9clamations, \u2026), et <b>sur quel canal<\/b> (t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, e-mail, r\u00e9seaux sociaux\u2026). Toute sollicitation doit \u00eatre prise en compte au plus vite, dans l\u2019id\u00e9al le jour m\u00eame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appuyez-vous sur des outils logiciels qui permettent de <b><a adhocenable=\"false\" href=\"http:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/small-business-solutions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">centraliser toutes les informations clients<\/a><\/b>, et \u00e0 chacun d\u2019exploiter celles qui lui seront utiles. Par exemple, les \u00e9quipes commerciales doivent retrouver facilement les offres marketing qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 un client pr\u00e9cis qu\u2019elles vont rencontrer, et les \u00e9quipes marketing doivent pouvoir ajuster leurs campagnes en fonction des informations que les commerciaux ont r\u00e9unies sur chaque client.
