C\u2019est le moment de briser la glace. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un \u00ab call to action \u00bb appropri\u00e9, il devient possible de lui demander ses coordonn\u00e9es sans para\u00eetre d\u00e9plac\u00e9, par exemple pour recevoir un contenu suppl\u00e9mentaire (livre blanc \u00e0 t\u00e9l\u00e9charger, inscription \u00e0 une newsletter ou \u00e0 un jeu-concours).
