Un paradoxe d\u2019autant plus pr\u00e9occupant que nombre de dirigeants disent ne pas se sentir suffisamment outill\u00e9s pour rechercher, analyser et interpr\u00e9ter les donn\u00e9es dont ils ont besoin, dans un environnement o\u00f9 la pression concurrentielle ne cesse de s\u2019intensifier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/en\/data\/indicators\/business-confidence-index-bci.html\">climat \u00e9conomique incertain<\/a>, une confiance en berne et des vagues de r\u00e9duction de co\u00fbts, les entreprises et leurs dirigeants ont besoin d\u2019informations fiables et pr\u00e9cises pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions agiles et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chies. Or, moins de la moiti\u00e9 des dirigeants d\u00e9clarent que leur strat\u00e9gie de donn\u00e9es \u2014 c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la mani\u00e8re dont les donn\u00e9es sont collect\u00e9es, g\u00e9r\u00e9es, stock\u00e9es et accessibles \u2014 est pleinement align\u00e9e avec leurs priorit\u00e9s business, soit une baisse significative depuis 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Dans un contexte d\u2019hypercomp\u00e9tition, les dirigeants sont de plus en plus somm\u00e9s de justifier chaque d\u00e9cision par des donn\u00e9es \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Southard Jones, Chief Product Officer chez Tableau. \u00ab Mais la fragmentation des syst\u00e8mes et la complexit\u00e9 des outils d\u2019analyse freinent encore trop souvent l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une information fiable et exploitable. L\u2019analytique par l\u2019IA agentique ouvre une nouvelle voie : en unifiant les donn\u00e9es et en mobilisant des&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/agentforce\/what-are-ai-agents\/\">agents IA<\/a>&nbsp;capables de fournir de mani\u00e8re proactive des insights contextualis\u00e9s et en temps r\u00e9el, elle d\u00e9mocratise la prise de d\u00e9cision \u00e9clair\u00e9e \u2014 y compris pour ceux qui ne se consid\u00e8rent pas comme des experts de la donn\u00e9e. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Quelques chiffres cl\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019utilisation croissante des donn\u00e9es s\u2019accompagne d\u2019une baisse de la confiance.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>76 % des dirigeants ressentent une pression croissante pour appuyer leurs arguments avec des donn\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>57 % se sentent en concurrence avec leurs coll\u00e8gues pour prouver leur valeur via les donn\u00e9es \u2014 un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne encore plus marqu\u00e9 chez les cadres sup\u00e9rieurs (VP, cadres dirigeants\u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019essor de l<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/artificial-intelligence\/what-is-ai\/\">\u2019IA<\/a>\u00a0ne fait qu\u2019accentuer l\u2019imp\u00e9ratif d\u2019une prise de d\u00e9cision fond\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es : 76 % des dirigeants d\u00e9clarent que son d\u00e9veloppement les oblige \u00e0 adopter une approche plus data-driven &#8211; un sentiment encore plus marqu\u00e9 chez les responsables du service client (93 %), du marketing (83 %) et des ressources humaines (80 %).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pourtant, malgr\u00e9 le r\u00f4le croissant et strat\u00e9gique des donn\u00e9es, les dirigeants se montrent aujourd\u2019hui nettement moins confiants dans leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019y fier qu\u2019en&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/stories\/data-analytics-trends\/\">2023<\/a>. Cette pression est particuli\u00e8rement forte chez les professionnels des ventes (90 %) et du marketing (89 %).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pourtant, 63 % doivent trouver, analyser et interpr\u00e9ter les donn\u00e9es par eux-m\u00eames, 54 % ne se sentent pas pleinement confiants pour le faire. Et 86 % affirment qu\u2019ils consulteraient plus souvent les donn\u00e9es si celles-ci \u00e9taient accessibles directement dans leurs outils de travail quotidiens \u2014 sans avoir \u00e0 basculer vers une autre plateforme ou interrompre leur activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un simple acc\u00e8s facilit\u00e9, les dirigeants aspirent \u00e0 pouvoir interroger leurs donn\u00e9es aussi simplement qu\u2019ils discuteraient avec un coll\u00e8gue. 85 % estiment qu\u2019ils seraient plus efficaces s\u2019ils pouvaient poser leurs questions en langage naturel, sans avoir \u00e0 passer par des interfaces techniques ou des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce que permettent les agents d\u2019IA : des logiciels capables de raisonner et d\u2019agir de mani\u00e8re autonome.
