Service Cloud 2 a obtenu le meilleur score parmi tous ses concurrents \u00e9valu\u00e9s dans ce rapport en termes de strat\u00e9gie. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s bien class\u00e9 au regard de son utilisabilit\u00e9, de la rapidit\u00e9 des retours sur investissements et de sa strat\u00e9gie produit.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le rapport :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Salesforce.com est lou\u00e9 pour sa croissance rapide, effectu\u00e9e en offrant des solutions de CRM d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es sur le mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9ploiement \u00ab\u00a0\u00a0\u00bbSaaS\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb. Plus sp\u00e9cifiquement, l&rsquo;entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 mentionn\u00e9e pour sa forte contribution \u00e0 la correspondance t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique ; au web social ; \u00e0 la personnalisation ; \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ; aux technologies favorisant le Web 2.0 ; \u00e0 l&rsquo;ergonomie et au support des terminaux mobiles. <\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ces atouts sont en accord avec les tendances majeures en place aujourd&rsquo;hui sur le march\u00e9 des solutions de service client et prises en compte dans le rapport, dont l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;un \u00ab service client adoptant des m\u00e9thodes en temps r\u00e9el \u00bb en empruntant aux fondations des r\u00e9seaux sociaux.
