En l\u2019espace de six mois, l\u2019utilisation quotidienne de l\u2019IA a bondi en France de 363 %. Men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 5 000 salari\u00e9s \u00e0 travers le monde, l\u2019enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le que l\u2019IA s\u2019impose d\u00e9sormais comme un avantage concurrentiel de taille : les collaborateurs qui y ont recours chaque jour sont 80 % plus productifs et 118 % plus satisfaits de leur emploi que ceux qui ne l\u2019utilisent pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapport met en \u00e9vidence un changement de paradigme : les salari\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais s\u2019appuient sur l\u2019IA pour acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences, bien au-del\u00e0 de la simple automatisation. <strong>97 % d\u00e9clarent avoir utilis\u00e9 l\u2019IA pour accomplir des t\u00e2ches qu\u2019ils ne savaient pas faire auparavant<\/strong>, et ils sont <strong>193 % plus susceptibles de faire appel \u00e0 des agents IA pour les aider \u00e0 travailler de mani\u00e8re plus efficace et plus cr\u00e9ative<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-du-simple-outil-a-un-partenaire-strategique-la-nouvelle-place-de-l-ia-en-entreprise\"><strong>Du simple outil \u00e0 un partenaire strat\u00e9gique : la nouvelle place de l\u2019IA en entreprise<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l\u2019adoption de l\u2019IA par les salari\u00e9s s\u2019\u00e9tait jusqu\u2019ici faite de mani\u00e8re progressive, elle a connu <strong>une nette acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration ces derniers mois : 52 % des collaborateurs fran\u00e7ais utilisent d\u00e9sormais l\u2019IA et 32 % interagissent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec des agents IA<\/strong>. Le dernier <em>Workforce Index<\/em> de Slack r\u00e9v\u00e8le par ailleurs que la confiance envers l\u2019IA se renforce \u00e0 mesure que son usage se g\u00e9n\u00e9ralise : <strong>les d\u2019utilisateurs parmi les collaborateurs,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019usage quotidien, quant \u00e0 lui, a enregistr\u00e9 une hausse spectaculaire de 363 %.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>32 % des salari\u00e9s ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 collabor\u00e9 avec un agent IA, et 24 % vont plus loin en leur d\u00e9l\u00e9guant des t\u00e2ches \u00e0 accomplir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les utilisateurs quotidiens sont plus de deux fois plus nombreux \u00e0 faire confiance \u00e0 l\u2019IA, notamment sur des sujets sensibles tels que la protection des donn\u00e9es, la fiabilit\u00e9 des informations et la prise de
