Il s\u2019agit de la plateforme la plus compl\u00e8te pour concevoir, d\u00e9ployer et contr\u00f4ler des agents IA en entreprise, de mani\u00e8re fiable et \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle. La plateforme Agentforce 360 offre des exp\u00e9riences contr\u00f4l\u00e9es, contextuelles et coh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 chaque interaction avec les clients et les collaborateurs. Elle permet aussi aux \u00e9quipes de passer plus rapidement du stade du prototype \u00e0 la mise en production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019appuyant sur les enseignements tir\u00e9s de plus de 12 000 impl\u00e9mentations Agentforce, la plateforme Agentforce 360 introduit un nouveau langage <strong>Agent Script<\/strong> pour d\u00e9finir le comportement des agents, <strong>Agentforce Voice<\/strong>, une couche d\u2019exp\u00e9rience vocale native, un <strong>Agentforce Builder<\/strong> repens\u00e9 pour un d\u00e9veloppement et des tests conversationnels rapides, ainsi que des flux de donn\u00e9es non structur\u00e9es aliment\u00e9s par l\u2019IA. Agent Script combine la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 de l\u2019IA et la rigueur des processus m\u00e9tiers, afin que les agents se comportent exactement comme souhait\u00e9, \u00e0 chaque fois. Agent Script permet de d\u00e9finir le comportement d\u2019un agent \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un langage d\u2019expression lisible par l\u2019humain, qui \u00e9pouse la logique conditionnelle, l\u2019utilisation pr\u00e9cise d\u2019outils et des contr\u00f4les d\u00e9terministes guid\u00e9s. Ce nouveau niveau de contr\u00f4le permet \u00e0 Agentforce d\u2019aborder m\u00eame les t\u00e2ches les plus complexes avec assurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les principales fonctionnalit\u00e9s
