Elle met \u00e9galement en lumi\u00e8re la fa\u00e7on dont les DSI pilotent la transformation IA, en combinant un d\u00e9ploiement \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, une\u00a0 \u00e9volution du r\u00f4le du DSI,\u00a0 un accompagnement des \u00e9quipes et des enjeux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation au d\u00e9ploiement massif : nouveau r\u00f4le pour les DSI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selon la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude de Salesforce consacr\u00e9e aux DSI, la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019IA a bondi de 282 % au cours des douze derniers mois<\/strong>. En 2024, les DSI \u00e9taient principalement focalis\u00e9s sur la consolidation de leurs donn\u00e9es, le renforcement de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le lancement des premi\u00e8res phases pilotes. En 2025, ils passent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle : l\u2019IA n\u2019en est plus au stade de l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation, mais d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e au c\u0153ur de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour accompagner cette nouvelle phase, les DSI constatent que les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires \u00e9voluent. L\u2019expertise technique reste indispensable, mais ce sont d\u00e9sormais le leadership, le storytelling et la conduite du changement qui conditionnent la r\u00e9ussite durable de l\u2019adoption de l\u2019IA. Et le constat est clair : 94 % des DSI affirment que la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation de l\u2019IA les oblige \u00e0 \u00e9largir leur palette de comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019IA renforce le r\u00f4le strat\u00e9gique du DSI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette vague d\u2019adoption \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019entreprise red\u00e9finit aussi le r\u00f4le du DSI. Son partenariat avec la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale s\u2019intensifie, de la pr\u00e9paration technologique \u00e0 la conduite du changement, avec un objectif : aligner l\u2019ensemble des dirigeants sur une strat\u00e9gie commune d\u2019adoption de l\u2019IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leurs priorit\u00e9s techniques ont \u00e9galement \u00e9volu\u00e9. L\u2019an dernier, les efforts se concentraient sur le nettoyage des donn\u00e9es, la gouvernance, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la gestion des syst\u00e8mes h\u00e9rit\u00e9s. Cette ann\u00e9e, les DSI orientent leurs travaux vers la cr\u00e9ation de workflows agentiques, l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019IA au sein des plateformes centrales et le d\u00e9ploiement s\u00e9curis\u00e9 de l\u2019IA dans toute l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices tangibles pour les \u00e9quipes et les clients&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les DSI passent \u00e9galement davantage de temps aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9quipes en contact avec les clients, en particulier le service client, o\u00f9 les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/agentforce\/ai-agents\/\">agents IA<\/a> d\u00e9montrent dores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 un impact mesurable. 2024 sur plusieurs aspects li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019IA, notamment en mati\u00e8re :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>d\u2019am\u00e9lioration des comp\u00e9tences des collaborateurs (+43 %)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 identifier les indicateurs de r\u00e9ussite\/KPI pour l\u2019IA (+33 %)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-dsi-emergent-comme-leaders-du-changement\"><strong>Les DSI \u00e9mergent comme leaders du changement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les DSI affirment travailler en priorit\u00e9 avec les PDG, bien plus qu\u2019avec les autres membres du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif, l\u2019essor de l\u2019IA agentique ayant accru leur influence et leur champ d\u2019action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>94 % des DSI affirment que les agents IA ont accru la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tendre leurs comp\u00e9tences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les DSI d\u00e9veloppent des comp\u00e9tences inattendues au travail, davantage ax\u00e9es sur les soft skills que sur les comp\u00e9tences techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des comp\u00e9tences am\u00e9lior\u00e9es par les DSI pour se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l\u2019IA agentique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>61 % ont renforc\u00e9 leurs comp\u00e9tences en leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>57 % ont am\u00e9lior\u00e9 leurs comp\u00e9tences en storytelling et en construction de r\u00e9cit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>55 % ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 leurs comp\u00e9tences en conduite du changement et en communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-service-client-premier-champ-d-application-concret-de-l-ia-agentique\"><strong>Le service client, premier champ d\u2019application concret de l\u2019IA agentique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>65 % des DSI indiquent travailler plus \u00e9troitement avec les \u00e9quipes de service client du fait de l\u2019IA agentique, plus qu\u2019avec tout autre d\u00e9partement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les DSI classent le service client en premi\u00e8re position pour : les meilleurs cas d\u2019usage, le plus d\u2019enthousiasme, la meilleure pr\u00e9paration et la plus forte adoption de l\u2019IA agentique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ce constat est coh\u00e9rent avec le dernier <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/news\/les-resultats-de-lagentic-enterprise-index\/\">Agentic Enterprise Index<\/a> de Salesforce.
