Cependant cette ambition est nuanc\u00e9e par le constat d\u2019une inadaptation de leurs infrastructures de donn\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re des agents IA.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon l\u2019\u00e9tude mondiale de Salesforce \u00ab\u202f <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/resources\/research-reports\/state-of-data-analytics\/\">State of Data and Analytics<\/a> \u202f\u00bb, 72\u202f% des dirigeants fran\u00e7ais d\u00e9crivent d\u00e9j\u00e0 leur organisation comme \u00ab\u202ftr\u00e8s data-driven\u202f\u00bb, soit une progression de 25 points en deux ans (un niveau sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la moyenne mondiale : 63\u202f%). Mais derri\u00e8re cette confiance apparente, les responsables data font un constat inqui\u00e9tant \u202f: des donn\u00e9es incompl\u00e8tes, silot\u00e9es, difficiles d\u2019acc\u00e8s sont autant de freins qui risquent de brider la r\u00e9volution de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/agentforce\/what-is-agentic-ai\/\">IA agentique<\/a> avant m\u00eame qu\u2019elle ne passe \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour combler cet \u00e9cart, les DSI les plus avis\u00e9es reviennent aux fondamentaux : des donn\u00e9es contextualis\u00e9es et disponibles en temps r\u00e9el, une gouvernance renforc\u00e9e, et des architectures <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/fr\/blog\/zero-copy\/\">zero copy<\/a> permettant de lib\u00e9rer des donn\u00e9es dispers\u00e9es, quel que soit l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 elles r\u00e9sident. En effet, <strong>59%<\/strong> des managers techniques fran\u00e7ais affirment que leurs entreprises peinent \u00e0 convertir la donn\u00e9e en v\u00e9ritable priorit\u00e9 m\u00e9tier, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant un \u00e9cart marqu\u00e9 entre la perception de maturit\u00e9 \u201cdata\u201d et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Moins de la moiti\u00e9 (45%) des dirigeants<\/strong> d\u00e9clarent \u00eatre en mesure de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des informations pertinentes et fiables en temps voulu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>En France, 54%<\/strong> des managers techniques d\u00e9clarent que leur entreprise tire occasionnellement, voire fr\u00e9quemment, des conclusions erron\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de donn\u00e9es d\u00e9pourvues de contexte m\u00e9tier. Un chiffre au dessus des Etats Unis (<strong>49%)<\/strong>, de l\u2019<strong>Italie (45,6%)<\/strong>, et de l\u2019<strong>Espagne (38,6%)<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les donn\u00e9es incompl\u00e8tes, obsol\u00e8tes ou de mauvaise qualit\u00e9 restent le premier frein des organisations pour devenir r\u00e9ellement \u201cdata-driven\u201d dans tous les march\u00e9s \u00e9tudi\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En France, une pression record pour cr\u00e9er de la valeur avec la donn\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/artificial-intelligence\/what-is-ai\/\">L\u2019IA<\/a> est devenue l\u2019enjeu majeur de la data et vice-versa. En effet, les dirigeants fran\u00e7ais parlent le langage de la donn\u00e9e, mais leurs syst\u00e8mes, eux, peinent encore \u00e0 conjuguer l\u2019IA au futur. Il faut des solutions plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9es, des priorit\u00e9s claires et une gouvernance solide. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quand de \u00ab\u202fbonnes\u202f\u00bb donn\u00e9es produisent de \u00ab\u202fmauvais\u202f\u00bb r\u00e9sultats<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de 9 managers sur 10 estiment qu\u2019une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/data\/unified-data\/\">vision unifi\u00e9e de la donn\u00e9e<\/a> est essentielle pour r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des clients. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les donn\u00e9es cloisonn\u00e9es font d\u00e9sormais partie des d\u00e9fis majeurs des leaders techniques fran\u00e7ais, passant du 12e rang en 2023 au 9e aujourd\u2019hui. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est amplifi\u00e9 par la prolif\u00e9ration applicative : une entreprise utilise en moyenne 900 applications, dont seulement 30% sont connect\u00e9es. En cons\u00e9quences :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En France, les responsables data estiment que <strong>16%<\/strong> des donn\u00e9es de leur entreprise sont silot\u00e9es, inaccessibles ou inutilisables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>64%<\/strong> pensent que leurs informations m\u00e9tiers les plus pertinentes se trouvent justement dans ces donn\u00e9es en question.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les cons\u00e9quences sont importantes : <strong>plus de 8 DSI sur 10 <\/strong>\u00e9voquent une baisse des capacit\u00e9s de l\u2019IA, une vision client fragment\u00e9e,
