Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette acquisition, salesforce.com int\u00e8gre les technologies de communication en temps r\u00e9el de Dimdim ainsi qu&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe de d\u00e9veloppeurs de classe mondiale, experts dans la conception de services de collaboration sur le cloud. Avec sa plate-forme de collaboration et de communication int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, l&rsquo;entreprise est s\u00fbre de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l&rsquo;adoption de Chatter, \u00e0 renforcer la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 de ses clients et \u00e0 d\u00e9marquer l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de sa gamme de produits.<\/p>\n<p>Impact financier du projet d\u2019acquisition Heroku<\/p>\n<p>* 4T AF2011 : Il est pr\u00e9vu que l\u2019acquisition n\u2019aura aucun impact sur le chiffre d\u2019affaires de salesforce.com pour le quatri\u00e8me trimestre. Cependant, l\u2019acquisition devrait r\u00e9duire son b\u00e9n\u00e9fice par action (EPS) non-GAAP d\u2019environ 0,01 USD pour le trimestre clos au 31 janvier 2011.<\/p>\n<p>* AF2012 : L\u2019entreprise n\u2019attend actuellement aucun apport majeur de chiffre d\u2019affaires de l\u2019acquisition pour l\u2019exercice fiscal 2012 et pr\u00e9voit que l\u2019acquisition r\u00e9duira son b\u00e9n\u00e9fice par action (EPS) non-GAAP d\u2019entre 0,04 et 0,05 USD pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e fiscale prenant fin au 31 janvier 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Les estimations du b\u00e9n\u00e9fice par action (EPS) sur une base non-GAAP ne prennent pas compte des \u00e9l\u00e9ments hors tr\u00e9sorerie suivants : r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration en actions, amortissement sur actifs intangibles, ainsi que les cons\u00e9quences de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments en mati\u00e8re de taxes.
