Ces nouveaut\u00e9s font suite aux annonces r\u00e9centes de Salesforce dans le domaine de l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative. Elles renforcent les fonctionnalit\u00e9s des entreprises pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande des consommateurs qui exigent des exp\u00e9riences d\u2019achat toujours plus personnalis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ce que montre en effet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/stories\/customer-spending\/\">une \u00e9tude mondiale de d\u00e9cembre 2023 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e pour Salesforce <\/a>sur les comportements d\u2019achat des consommateurs. Elle r\u00e9v\u00e8le que 81% d\u2019entre eux envisagent de revoir leurs d\u00e9penses au cours des 12 prochains mois afin de privil\u00e9gier les exp\u00e9riences d\u2019achat les plus personnalis\u00e9es. Tout cela se fait en interaction avec les autres composants de la plateforme Cloud de Salesforce Customer 360.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux nouveaut\u00e9s pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es aujourd\u2019hui renforcent les outils de Commerce Cloud pour<b> concevoir des exp\u00e9riences fluides et personnalis\u00e9es. <\/b>Elles concernent de nouvelles capacit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re d\u2019Intelligence Artificielle avec <b>Einstein GPT for Commerce et un nouvel \u00e9diteur de pages con\u00e7u pour Composable Storefront. <\/b><\/p>\n<h2><b>Einstein GPT for Commerce<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Einstein GPT for Commerce combinera les mod\u00e8les d\u2019IA propri\u00e9taires de Salesforce, l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative de son \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de partenaires, et les donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el issues de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/products\/genie\/overview\/\">Salesforce Data Cloud<\/a>. La plateforme est capable d\u2019ing\u00e9rer, d\u2019harmoniser et d\u2019unifier l\u2019ensemble des donn\u00e9es clients d\u2019une entreprise, dans le but d\u2019automatiser et de personnaliser les recommandations propos\u00e9es dans Commerce Cloud.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce aux donn\u00e9es d\u00e9mographiques et aux historiques d\u2019achats issus de Data Cloud, Einstein GPT for Commerce est en capacit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er des listes de produits et des interactions personnalis\u00e9s pour chaque client, sans avoir \u00e0 utiliser les descriptions produits ou des informations saisies en amont.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ainsi, pour un m\u00eame parapluie vendu en ligne, un client en Australie aura une description produit diff\u00e9rente d\u2019un client en France, sans que le commer\u00e7ant ait \u00e0 ajouter manuellement plusieurs versions du contenu adapt\u00e9 au lieu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Einstein GPT.<\/li>\n<li>Les commer\u00e7ants peuvent \u00e9galement concevoir des offres promotionnelles sur mesure, avec des messages g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s automatiquement, et personnalis\u00e9s par l\u2019IA pour un usage via WhatsApp, SMS ou e-mail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Le nouvel \u00e9diteur de pages de site E-commerce con\u00e7u pour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/stories\/salesforce-headless-commerce-composable-storefront\/\">Composable Storefront<\/a><\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Rapide et flexible, le nouvel \u00e9diteur con\u00e7u pour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/stories\/salesforce-headless-commerce-composable-storefront\/\">Composable Storefront<\/a> permet de contr\u00f4ler l\u2019exp\u00e9rience propos\u00e9e sur un site et de cr\u00e9er des landing pages de qualit\u00e9.
