Ces chiffres sont issus des donn\u00e9es remont\u00e9es par les sites de e-commerce fonctionnant sur la plateforme Salesforce partout dans le monde. Il s\u2019agit par exemple de 29 des 30 principaux sites de e-commerce aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Et ces donn\u00e9es repr\u00e9sentent l\u2019activit\u00e9 d&rsquo;achat de plus de 1,5 milliard de consommateurs dans le monde.<\/p>\n<p>Les chiffres indiquent des <b>ventes mondiales records<\/b>, atteignant 298 milliards de dollars (+<b>6%<\/b> par rapport \u00e0 2022). Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, les ventes ont atteint 70,8 milliards de dollars (+5% par rapport \u00e0 2022). <b>Cette ann\u00e9e en France, le panier moyen a augment\u00e9 de 7% par rapport \u00e0 2022 et s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 87\u20ac.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La croissance significative des ventes en ligne a \u00e9t\u00e9 principalement aliment\u00e9e par une croissance du volume des commandes. Malgr\u00e9 des promotions propos\u00e9es en continu tout au long de la saison, les consommateurs ont attendu patiemment les bonnes affaires de la Cyber Week, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des r\u00e9sultats importants lors de cette p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n<p>Pour <b>Florent Chaussade<\/b>, Vice-Pr\u00e9sident Retail Consumer Goods chez Salesforce France : <i>\u201cLes entreprises de e-commerce prennent d\u00e9sormais conscience que la p\u00e9riode des f\u00eates ne peut s\u2019envisager sans l\u2019apport de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle. Ils s&rsquo;approprient de plus en plus cette technologie novatrice afin de personnaliser les exp\u00e9riences d&rsquo;achat et accro\u00eetre leur rentabilit\u00e9.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<h2><b>Points Forts de la Cyber Week :<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>Des promotions attractives qui stimulent les ventes :<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Black Friday : Les ventes en ligne ont grimp\u00e9 de 8% \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle mondiale et de 12% en France par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/li>\n<li>Cyber Monday : Les ventes en ligne ont augment\u00e9 de 5% au niveau mondial et de 10% en France par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Impact majeur de l&rsquo;IA :<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>51 milliards de dollars de ventes mondiales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 influenc\u00e9es par l&rsquo;IA, proposant des offres cibl\u00e9es et des recommandations personnalis\u00e9es. L&rsquo;IA a influenc\u00e9 16% des achats mondiaux lors du Cyber Monday, dont 11% en France.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Shopping mobile en hausse :<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Un record de 79% du trafic e-commerce de la Cyber Week provenait de t\u00e9l\u00e9phones mobiles, d\u00e9passant les 76% de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Cela consacre le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone mobile comme la \u201ct\u00e9l\u00e9commande\u201d des achats de No\u00ebl. Avec le mobile, les consommateurs passent de mani\u00e8re plus fluide de la phase de d\u00e9couverte des produits sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux \u00e0 l&rsquo;acte d&rsquo;achat depuis leur smartphone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Remises plus importantes :<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Des remises plus importantes ont attir\u00e9 les consommateurs soucieux des prix, avec une croissance de 27% au niveau mondial durant la Cyber Week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Taux de retour en baisse :<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Les commer\u00e7ants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plus transparents sur les promotions et les politiques de retour, conduisant \u00e0 des taux de retour de 5% apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode exceptionnelle l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>M\u00e9thodes de paiement alternatives :<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Les consommateurs ont adopt\u00e9 des options de paiement alternatives, avec une augmentation de 8% des commandes via Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) aux \u00c9tats-Unis.
