For some, it's the latest hot topic in tech, but for others it may still be seen as the red headed stepchild of business communications, similar to where email was in the late 90's, but despite the misconceptions, it continues to make great strides.; Before analyzing the piece further, let's clarify one thing. While ZDNet explicitly referenced 'text messaging for business' in the piece, it's important to note that we reference texting as just one component of business mobile messaging.
