Improve cross-functional alignment <\/span> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Cross-functional alignment will be the most important factor driving growth in the coming months, as per the Indian respondents. Seamless inter-team collaboration eliminates siloes, increases overall productivity, and reduces the cost of servicing customers through their journey. This is key to greater customer trust, loyalty, and improved sales. In fact, 37% of products launched in India in the last three years had an \u2018all-natural\u2019 or \u2018ethical recycling\u2019 claim, as per a <a href=\"https:\/\/store.mintel.com\/report\/india-sustainability-and-packaging-in-bpc-market-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mintel report<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The other focus area is product packaging. The Indian government has made the use of plastics of a minimum <a href=\"https:\/\/www.manufacturingtodayindia.com\/sectors\/the-great-packaging-shift-to-sustainability\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">120-micron<\/a> thickness compulsory. Coupled with growing awareness of packaging waste, sustainable packaging is a crucial element in increasing sales.
