The majority of our products have an aligned Success plan and we continue to align and simplify our success plan structure across clouds. It's best practice to ensure that all of your Salesforce products are covered by the relevant plan. Want to check if your products are covered by a Premier Success plan? For clarity, neither the Premier nor the Premier Plus Success Plan includes implementation of the services. The Premier and Premier Plus Success Plans are for ongoing support and administration of the services after the services have been implemented.
