Mr. Rajiv Sabharwal, a B. Tech from IIT Delhi and PGDM from IIM Lucknow, has over 28 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Mr. Sabharwal is currently the Managing Director & CEO of Tata Capital Limited. He is also the Chairman of Tata Capital Financial Services Limited, Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited and Tata Securities Limited and is also on the Board of Tata Capital Cleantech Limited, Tata Capital Pte Ltd. and Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited.

He has served as an Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Bank where he was responsible for several businesses including retail banking, business banking, rural banking, financial inclusion, technology and digital banking.  He has also served as the Chairman of ICICI Home Finance Company Limited and was on the Board of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. He was also on the Investment Advisory   Committee (Real Estate) of ICICI Prudential AMC.

Mr. Sabharwal has been acknowledged for his contribution to the growth of the Retail Banking and Real Estate & Housing Finance market in India.

Mr. Sabharwal also has had experience in both Venture Capital and Growth Capital investing at Sequoia Capital and True North. He has been on the Board of a number of early stage and growth companies in Financial services space.

He has also served on a number of committees of RBI and IBA.

Mr. Sabharwal has had successful stints with True North Managers LLP, Sequoia Capital, Godrej Group, SRF Finance, GE Capital and Times Bank.

Viraj Didwania is the Chairman and Managing Director of Praxis Home Retail Limited (PHRL). Praxis is a pioneer in home retail in India, and operates stores across India under the Hometown brand name with large e-commerce business.

Viraj graduated with dual majors in Commerce from the Business School and Economics from the University of Virginia in 2004. Viraj has worked as a consultant for Ernst and Young and as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley, both in New York City. He is a practitioner of meditation since 1999 and became one of the youngest meditation teachers for the Art of Living (an educational and humanitarian NGO operating in 154 countries) in 2008. Sidharth is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in building scalable software products and solutions. He has successfully led digital transformation journeys in startup as well as large enterprise setups with global engineering presence. Still a developer at heart, he loves to code and considers himself a learner for life.

Siddarth is currently heading the Engineering of PAN India Digitization of the HT Print Circulation Landscape - covering Power Users, FOS, BPO & Back Office, Agents, Vendors, Partners and Readers.

Jackson Fernandez heads ecommerce for Puma in India, where he is helping transform the way consumers discover and buy Puma online. Jackson brings in a rich and diverse experience set, having worked in  technology companies, on strategy consulting, and with ecommerce leaders. He has a keen interest in learning new skills and is passionate about building and scaling businesses.

Sarajit Jha is Chief - Business Transformation & Digital Solutions, Tata Steel, based out of Jamshedpur. He is involved in partnering the leadership in evolving the scope and direction of Tata Steels digital journey. Strengthening the strategic mindset of Tata Steel and building its digital capabilities are two key deliverables. He is excited about helping TSL’s journey in fostering agility, bolstering insight generation, innovation and building platforms.

An officer of the Tata Administrative Service (TAS), Sarajit has worked with Tata BSS, Tata Global Beverages and Tata Steel Ltd, over the last 2 decades.

Sarajit is the founder and current Chair of DX 50 – India’s only Chief Digital Officer organization. He is also convenor of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) – ICTE forum for Jharkhand. The National Council for Development had nominated Sarajit for prestigious Bharat Gaurav award in 2008. He also represented India in the Thora renewal program in Malaysia.

Hari comes to Appirio/Wipro with 20+ experience in Services Industry, with 17+ years spent in markets driving Sales, Channel and Business growth and 3+ years in driving Global Delivery from India. Hari’s core expertise is around ~ Business Turnaround, Incubation, Scale and M&A in CRM, Business Process Management and Integration areas.

Most recently, he was heading Salesforce Practice for Cognizant in North America region, where the practice has doubled in Revenue, in 2 years, becoming the fastest consulting services provider to achieve GSI status and also moved into Leaders Quadrant in leading analyst surveys for Salesforce services.

Prior that, he was heading the Global Delivery for Integration & Business Process Management Practice at Cognizant, managing a business of half a billion dollars, growing in double digits. Earlier, he headed Cognizant’s CRM Practice to drive it from high teens to $200 Million Run Rate in 5 years, incubating Contact Center, Marketing and Sales Performance Management practices and also driving the practice to Leaders in Gartner Magic Quadrant for the first time.

Hari started his career in Citicorp as Business Analyst, moved into management consulting with Pricewaterhouse Coopers focusing on Financial Services. He later joined a boutique startup in Silicon Valley providing CRM Consulting and Implementation services, which was acquired by Cognizant, laying the foundation for Cognizant’s CRM practice.

Hari is a MBA Graduate from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, specializing in Finance & Systems. He will be spending time between India and Markets to ensure we get back to Industry leading growth rates for Appirio business.

Hari is married with 2 kids (12 & 9) and enjoys his spare time following cricket, movies and reading books.

 

Mr. Sanjeev Jain joined Godrej Appliances as the National Sales Head in August 2017. He brings with him diverse and rich experiences across a variety of industries including the consumer durable, finance and retail industries over a career spanning close to 30 years which includes product and sales.

Initially starting off in Sales at Usha International Ltd. in 1989, Mr. Jain rose up the corporate ladder, working with leading companies in the consumer durable industry. Sony, LG, ICICI Bank etc. and a 5-year stint as an entrepreneur in retail fashion industry.

Vikash Srivastava, Head IT, Business Intelligence & Data Visualization, is directly responsible for setting BI roadmap and emerging technologies in Tata Steel. Previously as Head IT, CRM, spearheaded the successful implementation of CRM in Tata Steel. Dossier is replete with rich and variegated experience of 15 years across multiple technologies spanning various business functions.

Santosh's mission is to help customers and companies bridge the gap between what-is and what-could-be, by implementation of robust, innovative digital IT solutions. He possesses a unique blend of hands-on leadership, managerial and techno-functional skills. As a seasoned, certified CRM Practitioner, Santosh has successfully led and delivered several large and complex CRM implementation projects in multiple geographies.
