From what I have seen and heard, tools like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/in\/agentforce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Agentforce<\/a> provide useful insights and ease some of the load, which allows the employees to focus on doing more. At the same time, AI cannot replace empathy or judgment. As the technology continues to evolve and improve with training, we may also see customers becoming more open to interacting with it and feeling satisfied with the solutions it provides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-q-what-advice-do-you-have-for-businesses-to-stay-resilient-and-innovative-in-the-age-of-ai\">Q. <strong>What advice do you have for businesses to stay resilient and innovative in the age of AI?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>My advice would be to stay true to the core values that have shaped the brand\u2019s journey so far. It\u2019s important to embrace change rather than fear it. At the end of the day, both customers and employees should feel that the brand genuinely cares for them and listens to them in order to support them better.
