What is Safety Cloud?&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Building on Salesforce\u2019s own event and workplace experience \u2014 and expanding on<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/stories\/salesforce-unveils-health-and-safety-innovations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> existing Salesforce health and safety innovations<\/a> announced in December \u2014 Safety Cloud helps businesses and communities better manage their testing and health status verification capabilities and protocols, while automating and streamlining entry into events and workplaces with secure credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Safety Cloud will enable customers to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Build flexible, robust protocols to bring people back together safely at events<\/strong> with evolving COVID-19 health and safety protocols, including testing and vaccine status requirements, identity and registration, and personalized communication journeys as public health guidelines change. For example, a business hosting a large-scale customer event can define and automate testing protocols of attendees \u2014 including sending personalized emails about testing requirements and deadlines \u2014 ultimately helping to identify positive COVID-19 cases before the event even begins.<\/li><li><strong>Streamline COVID-19 testing and health status reporting with agility and security <\/strong>and manage COVID-19 testing and vaccination results across one platform. For example, if first responders test positive for COVID-19 through an integrated testing platform, they no longer need to visit a physical location to verify their COVID-19 health status in-person to get approval for paid leave.
