YETI needed a way to streamline these systems into one unified platform that would give them a birds-eye-view into all areas of the company while providing access to every single customer profile.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Innovation in action: <\/strong>Backed by the power of Customer 360, YETI is now managing the entire customer lifecycle, both online and in-store, on Salesforce.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Most recently, YETI leveraged <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/products\/commerce-cloud\/overview\/?d=cta-body-promo-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Commerce Cloud<\/a> headless commerce capabilities to help launch new site experiences quickly. Its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yeti.com\/all-day-drinkware\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">All Day Drinkware<\/a> campaign breaks free from traditional ecommerce design for customers worldwide and launched in only 4.5 weeks.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>YETI needed a strong analytics foundation to gain insight into all product sales in each regional market. Salesforce technology, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tableau.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tableau<\/a>, allows YETI to get insights from their geographic customer data, better understand their buyers, and see how specific products are performing in each region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Through the power of Salesforce <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/products\/einstein\/overview\/?d=7010M000001yE38&amp;internal=true\/?d=cta-body-promo-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Einstein<\/a>, YETI.com shoppers receive unique content, campaigns, offers, and recommendations based on information such as past purchases, geographic regions, and even their favorite outdoor adventures.
