Announced at the Destination Tripura Business Conclave 2026 in Agartala, the initiative supports Tripura&#8217;s broader digital transformation agenda by helping prepare students, youth, government employees and entrepreneurs for an AI-driven economy through <a href=\"https:\/\/trailhead.salesforce.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Trailhead<\/a>, Salesforce&#8217;s online learning platform. and businesses, the collaboration aims to equip learners with practical digital and technology skills that are increasingly essential for the future of work. Through curated, self-paced learning designed for beginner and intermediate learners, participants will have access to guided learning paths across CRM, business analysis, technology fundamentals and more. Kiran Gitte, IAS, Secretary, Information Technology, Government of Tripura<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Directorate of Information Technology will identify and position participants through government departments, educational institutions and skill development agencies, while driving awareness and expanding access to the programme across the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The collaboration builds on Tripura\u2019s continued investments in digital governance, innovation, and entrepreneurship. The state is developing a dedicated Tripura IT and Data Ecosystem Zone (TIDEZ) in Agartala, alongside a planned IT Park and AI Centre of Excellence, while expanding the use of technology across public administration. The state has also scaled its e-Office initiative from the State Secretariat to all three tiers of the Panchayati Raj system in just over a year \u2014 one of the fastest rollouts of its kind in India.
