{"id":2,"date":"2023-04-05T20:46:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-20T20:46:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/?p=2"},"modified":"2023-08-22T14:20:39","modified_gmt":"2023-08-22T14:20:39","slug":"come-mappare-il-customer-journey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/it\/blog\/come-mappare-il-customer-journey\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer journey: cos\u2019\u00e8 e perch\u00e9 \u00e8 importante mapparlo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con il termine customer journey si indica il percorso di acquisto del consumatore e tutti i punti di interazione (i cosiddetti <i>touchpoint<\/i>) che il consumatore ha con il brand o l\u2019azienda durante il percorso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il customer journey si compone normalmente di <b>cinque passaggi<\/b>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<p><b>Awareness<\/b> o consapevolezza: il momento nel quale il potenziale consumatore apprende dell\u2019esistenza del prodotto o del servizio.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n<p><b>Consideration<\/b> o considerazione: quando il possibile cliente comincia a valutare le caratteristiche del prodotto o servizio per informarsi meglio sulla proposta e assicurarsi che corrisponda ai suoi bisogni.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n<p><b>Purchase<\/b>: se il potenziale consumatore ottiene conferma che il prodotto o servizio risolve il suo problema, si arriva alla fase di acquisto vera e propria.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n<p><b>Retention<\/b>: \u00e8 la fase di fidelizzazione del cliente, affinch\u00e9 rimanga in contatto con l\u2019azienda e ai suoi prodotti. E\u2019 un momento del Customer Journey molto importante. poich\u00e9 un cliente acquisito \u00e8 normalmente pi\u00f9 propenso ad acquistare di nuovo.
