In questo glossario abbiamo raccolto le definizioni dei <strong>termini chiave della lead generation<\/strong>, l\u2019insieme delle strategie e attivit\u00e0 volte a trovare nuovi contatti e trasformarli in clienti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-lead\"><strong>Lead<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 un <strong>contatto qualificato<\/strong>, un cliente potenziale che ha mostrato interesse per un brand, un prodotto o un servizio, senza aver ancora concluso un acquisto. Il lead apre attivamente il proprio canale di comunicazione con il brand (per esempio fornendo i propri dati per ricevere un\u2019offerta o un freebie) e in futuro <strong>pu\u00f2 diventare un cliente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prospect\"><strong>Prospect<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 un contatto che ha manifestato un interesse concreto e <strong>sta considerando l\u2019acquisto<\/strong> di un prodotto o servizio. Si trova in una fase pi\u00f9 avanzata del processo di vendita rispetto al lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-lead-generation\"><strong>Lead Generation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Detta anche \u201c<strong>acquisizione del contatto<\/strong>\u201d, consiste nell\u2019individuare e attrarre l&#8217;interesse di potenziali clienti (lead) per poi tradurlo in vendite. Le strategie per la lead generation includono l&#8217;inbound marketing, l&#8217;outbound marketing e l&#8217;allineamento di vendite e marketing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-inbound-marketing\"><strong>Inbound marketing<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategia di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/it\/blog\/digital-marketing-definizione-e-vantaggi\/\">digital marketing<\/a> che <strong>intercetta l\u2019interesse dei potenziali clienti <\/strong>attraverso la creazione e distribuzione di <strong>contenuti di valore <\/strong>(video, blog post, e-book, infografiche, ecc.) in grado di rispondere alle domande, esigenze e gusti del target di riferimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-outbound-marketing\"><strong>Outbound marketing<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Chiamato anche \u201c<strong>marketing di interruzione<\/strong>\u201d, \u00e8 l\u2019approccio tradizionale che promuove in modo diretto prodotti e servizi, per esempio con pubblicit\u00e0, promozioni e contatti telefonici o via e-mail non richiesti direttamente dai potenziali clienti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-lead-nurturing\"><strong>Lead nurturing<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tutte le attivit\u00e0 volte a <strong>consolidare la relazione con i lead acquisiti<\/strong>, per creare fiducia e trasformarle in clienti.
