Ultimamente tende sempre di pi\u00f9 a evolvere verso un modello circolare in cui la fase post vendita diventa fondamentale. I clienti acquisiti infatti, cio\u00e8 quelli che hanno percorso per intero il funnel, sono pi\u00f9 propensi a ripetere l\u2019acquisto.
