With thousands of records, including nested account structures and transactional data, ensuring accurate replication and maintaining referential integrity across orgs was a time-intensive effort. Even minor discrepancies in data migration could impact reporting, compliance, and day-to-day operations.

With Archive, older, less frequently accessed data could be securely stored and indexed, reducing the load on primary storage and allowing the system to run faster without losing access to historical data when needed. Molson Coors needed to ensure sensitive data was protected during sandbox seeding, so data masking allowed the team to mask client information before replicating it into lower environments. This ensured compliance with data protection standards and minimized risks during internal development and UAT cycles.

The team could now set templates to run automatically on a weekly or monthly basis, ensuring environments stayed current without manual intervention.
