When your CRM exists alongside your conversations, work can't help but flow. Slack connects the right people with the right information where the conversation happens — so you can stay focused on customers, not coordination.
Enterprise-grade security comes standard in Slack, with robust features designed to protect your business built in from the start. With strict admin controls for all apps and agents (including granular data policies, single sign-on, enterprise mobility management, and data loss prevention), you can rest easy knowing your data will stay private.
Fast setup, zero commitment.

Slack is a shared, multiplayer workspace — not a single-player AI window. People and AI agents operate in the same channels, threads, and canvases, allowing agents to pick up tasks, surface answers, or hand off work without anyone leaving the conversation. The result is everyone stays in the loop, and nothing gets lost.
Agents in Slack can automate things like summarizing channels and threads, answering questions from your company's knowledge, drafting and routing approvals, updating CRM records, triaging incoming requests, and running multi-step workflows — all triggered with natural language, with no separate tooling required.
Slack connects directly to Salesforce and other enterprise systems, so agents can read and update records right from a channel or DM. This turns Slack into the interface for your broader tech stack, letting agents act across systems instead of forcing people to constantly switching tabs.
Slack applies the same enterprise-grade security, compliance, and permission controls to both AI agent and human interactions. Agents only access the data and channels they're permitted to, actions are auditable, and customer data isn't used to train underlying models, meaning collaboration with AI doesn't come at the cost of governance.
When a customer request comes in, an agent can triage it, pull relevant account or case history from Salesforce, suggest a resolution, and loop in the right teammate in the same thread. This lets your team so people jump in with full context instead of starting from scratch, dramatically cutting resolution time.
New hires can ask an AI agent questions about company knowledge, past decisions, or team best practicesnorms right in Slack instead of hunting through docs or waiting on a colleague. That keeps context from being lost as teams grow, and it reinforces a culture of working in the open, where decisions and institutional knowledge are visible and searchable.
Agents can orchestrate steps across multiple connected systems — like pulling data from Salesforce, running an analysis, and posting the result — and then package the outcome into a Slack canvas: a living document teammates can review, edit, and act on together, all generated automatically as part of the workflow.
Agents can monitor for incidents or requests, automatically triage severity, and route them to the right approver or on-call teammate in the appropriate channel. This includes generating an approval workflow with buttons so the request can be actioned right in Slack, without extra tools or context-switching.
Slack brings your conversations, CRM data, and AI agents into one connected space, so your team always has the context they need to move fast and stay aligned.
