Aunque hayan enfrentado una gran vuelta de tuerca, muchos negocios hicieron cambios para volver a la estabilidad e incluso a la prosperidad. El trabajo arduo, la creatividad e innovaci\u00f3n de esas empresas son prodigiosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso estoy especialmente orgulloso de lanzar nuestro informe m\u00e1s reciente: \u201cTendencias de Peque\u00f1as y Medianas Empresas\u201d. Bas\u00e1ndose en una encuesta realizada por The Harris Poll con m\u00e1s de 2.500 propietarios y l\u00edderes de peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas de todo el mundo, el estudio muestra los retos que PYMEs en crecimiento priorizan necesidades de clientes y colaboradores <\/span> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la pandemia, el 50% de las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas en crecimiento ofrecieron a los colaboradores programas de trabajo flexibles, en comparaci\u00f3n con el 38% de sus competidores estancados o en retroceso. Esa es una gran diferencia; y las empresas que priorizaron las necesidades de los colaboradores est\u00e1n en primer lugar. El compromiso de los empleados es vital. Y para comprometerse con el trabajo, la gente necesita que se le d\u00e9 alg\u00fan control en su d\u00eda a d\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ofrecer flexibilidad cuando es posible parece funcionar bien para las PYMEs. Involucrar a los clientes tambi\u00e9n es importante. Cerca del 75% de las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas en crecimiento dicen que sus clientes esperan poder realizar transacciones en l\u00ednea. Por eso, el 72% est\u00e1 presente en el comercio electr\u00f3nico, incluyendo a m\u00e1s de un tercio (35%) que implant\u00f3 las ventas virtuales el a\u00f1o pasado. Claramente, escuchar tanto a los clientes como a los colaboradores es la clave para el crecimiento de los negocios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-pymes-en-crecimiento-invierten-en-tecnologia\"> <span> 2. PYMEs en crecimiento invierten en tecnolog\u00eda <\/span> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La pandemia nos lanz\u00f3 a todos a una monta\u00f1a rusa. Las peque\u00f1as empresas, que, muchas veces, tienen menos recursos y son m\u00e1s dependientes de las econom\u00edas locales, sintieron ese cimbronazo profundamente. La adversidad forz\u00f3 a muchos negocios a ingresar al ambiente digital: necesitaban garantizar que sus empleados pudieran comunicarse, colaborar e impulsar las ventas desde cualquier lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto, no deber\u00eda sorprenderte que el 71% de las empresas en crecimiento afirmen que sobrevivieron a la pandemia por medio de la digitalizaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, el 66% de estas empresas dicen que sus negocios no podr\u00edan haber sobrevivido a la pandemia usando la tecnolog\u00eda de hace una d\u00e9cada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-pymes-en-crecimiento-protegen-sus-negocios\"> <span> 3. PYMEs en crecimiento protegen sus negocios <\/span> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p> Aunque la digitalizaci\u00f3n cree nuevas oportunidades para peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas, tambi\u00e9n trae nuevos desaf\u00edos. Cerca del 95% de las PYMEs en crecimiento est\u00e1n tomando medidas para <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/blog\/cost-effective-cybersecurity-small-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">proteger datos de la empresa<\/a> y tambi\u00e9n informaci\u00f3n de los clientes contra ataques cibern\u00e9ticos. Actualizan regularmente sus aplicaciones, usan autenticaci\u00f3n de dos factores, realizan backups en la nube, utilizan administradores de contrase\u00f1as, realizan prevenci\u00f3n de malware y mucho m\u00e1s. Todas esas son herramientas simples que cualquier peque\u00f1a empresa puede usar para ofrecerles m\u00e1s protecci\u00f3n a sus clientes y colaboradores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-las-pymes-en-crecimiento-aceptan-una-nueva-realidad\"> <span> 4. Las PYMEs en crecimiento aceptan una nueva realidad <\/span> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas en crecimiento tienen m\u00e1s probabilidad de planear el futuro o el escenario de actuaci\u00f3n. En promedio, el 77% de esas PYMEs crearon planes de escenario para prepararse para crisis futuras, pase lo que pase. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es importante observar que las PYMEs han cambiado mucho durante la pandemia y que las PYMEs que han crecido (\u00a1el 79%!) creen que los cambios implementados el a\u00f1o pasado en las operaciones de negocios seguir\u00e1n benefici\u00e1ndolas a largo plazo. Claramente, la mente de esos l\u00edderes apunta al futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"exito-de-pequenas-empresas-en-2022-y-mas-alla\"> <span> \u00c9xito de peque\u00f1as empresas en 2022 y m\u00e1s all\u00e1 <\/span> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Claro que administrar una empresa nunca ha sido f\u00e1cil y que, con la pandemia, se ha vuelto a\u00fan m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil.
